Good service, solid clean welcoming ambience, waiters always with a smile.
My bestie’s favorite Indian restaurant in our hood so we’re regularly there for some Bhajji – me, I love the ones made with onion.
Try the pictured delicious appetiser platter.
Some authentic Indian flavors seem to be missing.
For example, in samosas, the potatoes should be fried before filling, with a few peas added in the mix, and a touch of carom seeds in the dough. The samosas should also be fried until they reach a slightly brownish color.
The paneer butter masala, on the other hand, had an artificial sweetness. This level of sweetness might be better suited for Shahi Paneer, but in butter masala, it feels out of place, and the gravy shouldn’t be quite so red.
As for the kofta, I wouldn’t recommend it. The gravy was okay, but the kofta itself was disappointing.
The kheer, however, was perfect.
Some of these changes might be due to adjustments in the traditional recipes to lessen the intensity of spices, as foreign guests might not be accustomed to the strong flavors.
The food was exceptional, with authentic flavors and super delicious.
Each dish was beautifully spiced and perfectly cooked, offering a great balance of taste and presentation.
The service was attentive and friendly, making the dining experience even more enjoyable.
The ambiance was warm and inviting, creating a perfect setting for a memorable meal.
It’s definitely a must-visit for anyone craving high-quality Indian cuisine in the heart of Milan.
