We absolutely love this place! The servings are huge and the price is more than reasonable. We are purists and simply love the ‘twist’ custard on the cake cone. It reminds me of the custard we get at the beach (think Kohr Bros) but it’s actually creamier and quite a bit cheaper. Kipper (the owner) and Karen are our favorites and they always greet with an appreciative smile and nice conversation (but all of the staff is quite gracious). If you haven’t been here then you are missing out! Frozen custard has a higher fat and egg yolk content than ice cream, so it’s creamier and very flavorful. If you haven’t had any, give it a try the next time you want ice cream! I bet you’ll be back

Great place to get soft serve frozen custard for a decent price. They are located in the back of the parking lot in a little mobile frozen custard trailer that was a bit hard find, there are a few picnic tables to sit at and enjoy your frozen custard. Great place, I will definitely be back

This place is amazing! My friend just introduced me to Kippy’s on Friday, and I had to go back for more on Saturday. I’m a big fan of the vanilla with rainbow sprinkles and cookie dough. The cookie dough is the best I’ve ever had in a sundae/custard/ice cream period. It’s as if they seriously took some Toll House cookie dough, rolled it to little bits and threw it on there. They’re also very generous with the toppings, and the toppings are cheap. Love this place and will continue to return!

You ever wondered what was in Pandora’s box? This was. Kippy’s is God’s gift to earth, Jesus second coming is already here. It’s on electric road in Roanoke Virginia you just didn’t know it. Coming to Kippy’s is like having a spiritual awakening. You think about it for days, you can’t really get anything like it. You need it.
