I’ve ordered from DoorDash multiple times and decided to visit in person because I was genuinely excited. As a Mexican native, I’m used to the warm hospitality that comes with visiting a paletería, and this is the first one I’ve found in the Kissimmee/Orlando area that reminded me of home since moving from Texas.
Unfortunately, my in-person experience was disappointing. My husband and I went in with our family to place a takeout order, and my item was prepared incorrectly. When I went back to politely ask if it could be corrected or if I could receive the correct toppings on the side, the employee with glasses assisting me was rude and did not fully listen before responding. She seemed visibly upset about having to fix the order due to the facial expressions she was making and the side glances she kept exchanging with the other women working behind the counter.
I completely understand that mistakes happen. However, toppings were added that I did not order, and I was not informed that certain toppings were unavailable. Substituting items without asking the customer, especially when they are standing right there, is frustrating.
I truly hope this was just an off day because I do enjoy the product. I would love to continue supporting this business, but customer service makes a big difference.

I’m soooo excited to have found this place, we moved from Orlando to Kissimmee so we had to find a new spot for when we get the sweet tooth. The customer services was 10/10 and the variety in the menu is the best, the flavors, the atmosphere. My family and I loved it!

While on vacation my daughter took me here because I was craving aguas frescas and to my surprise they had alot more stuff. I loved thier Aguas Frescas!!! They are so refreshing! They had a wide selection of juices which you can mix, fresh fruit and ice creams among other stuff. My only problem was deciding what to get I am definitely going to miss this spot when I go back home!

We had the pina loco, a fruit cup and it was delicious. It reminded me of the many delicious fruit cups we’d get back home in Texas. Living in Orlando, it’s nice to find the taste of home down the road. We will definitely be back.

Not the very best, the ice cream tasted fake and was $5 for a small cup and one scoop but the agua fresca of mango was good… over all no one paid attention to details I said no tijn and it was still on my food, we ask for the chips that were forgotten and they said yes we’ll give it to you and didn’t.
