Heads up they do not serve alcohol.
When we entered my mom had brought her pizza with from mod to eat, but I wanted to try some ramen. The host looks & asks 2, I said yes, she won’t be eating but I will. He was understanding of this and sat us at a booth table near the door. There was a woman sitting by my mom who sared her mango ice dessert with both of us (the flavor is just like eating a frozen ripe mango), & gave the rest of her jasmine hot tea to my mom. I ordered the combo meal of vegetable goyza and the beef ramen, and got the mango bubble tea (which had fresh fruit slices in it & a great mango flavor). The staff continually checked on us to see how things were & if we needed anything, they were also nice about getting things the woman asked for so she could shared her dessert & tea with us.
The host came over to our table when there was a lull in incoming patrons. He again was very nice and asked how my mango tea was, we discussed my mom’s mod pizza, & the fact that the green tea is actually what they call just jasmin tea. It was an enjoyable conversation. Then, I got the check… But didn’t realize it until after we left that I wasn’t charged for my drink, I thought maybe the gentleman host had comped it. We will definitely be back again, this was the best dinning experience we’ve had in a long time!
The atmosphere at Kinya is beautiful everything is so thoughtfully designed, from the soft lighting to the clean, modern decor that still feels cozy and inviting. It’s truly picturesque; every corner looks like it was created with care, making the whole dining experience feel special.
And of course, the food was fantastic — comforting, flavorful, and beautifully presented. You can tell they take pride in every detail, from the rich broth to the artful arrangement of toppings.
The ramen was deeply comforting, with a rich, layered broth and toppings that felt both generous and intentional. The noodles were perfectly cooked, absorbing flavor without losing their bite. The poke bowl was equally impressive: fresh, colorful, and vibrant, with each component bringing its own texture and brightness.
A sincere thank-you to Jevan, whose warm and attentive presence enhanced the experience and added an extra layer of hospitality to our lunch.
My family left fully satisfied, and enjoying such well-executed dishes together made our lunchtime visit truly special. Kinya Ramen and Sushi is a spot I’m excited to return to, and a destination I’d easily recommend to anyone who appreciates quality, flavor, and a thoughtfully crafted meal.
