Kintaro was good. The food tasted great and they had good variety for Sushi lovers. Service is friendly too. Place was able to accommodate a large party in a separate section. That was really nice, especially on a Friday night. I would like to try again without such a larger party, maybe they would help the increase the speed of the food per each order. Overall, a great experience that I would recommend to all.

Fantastic deal for what you get. Went for all you can eat sushi during their lunch hours, and for $17.99, you get more than your fill of food. The all you can eat menu is extensive: soups, sides, and specialty rolls are all included. The inside was very well kept, and the staff was attentive. The sushi itself was delicious, and everything was super fresh. Would definitely reccomended this place to anyone.

This place is such a staple for when I visit Parma. Their prices for the all you can eat sushi are hard to beat. The only issue I ever have is sometimes they’ll put a little too much rice or avocado or whatever but besides that there’s not much to complain about! The fish tastes fresh, they’ve got a great selection, the staff is polite and friendly. I look forward to trying the hot pot when I can fight the urge to order sushi lol

We discovered Kintaro right off the freeway as my family and I were taking a roadtrip from Chicago to Philly. We were craving noodles and lucked out with finding this place! The sushi, smoothies, and customizable hot pot experience was so affordable and fun to share. We wish there was a place like this back home! We enjoyed the food so much that we even stopped by a second time on the way back home. For the uninitiated, you have two hours to eat as much as you can from either the all-you-can-eat sushi or hotpot menu (you can share from either menu if you have other people with you at a slight charge). Don’t take more than you can handle though as there is a food waste charge. It’s a lot of fun and worth trying with others, so delicious!

Lovely place to eat. Food was tasty. There is a charge though if you don’t eat all that you order which isn’t great when you don’t know how much food you’re going to get per portion. We found that the sushi rolls were rather large and weren’t bite sized.

The food was good, and the service was decent. We were greeted at the door and seated very quickly. My friends and I shared a hot pot and we all did the all-you-can-eat sushi. The hot pot was tasty – and all the meats were of a good quality. We got to make our own dipping sauces at the “condiment station”, I’ll call it. For sushi, we ordered the dragon roll, the Mercedes-Benzes, and the Dodge. The roll with the deep fried exterior was probably the best of the three. For appetizers, we ordered the cheese Rangoon, the edamame, and the dumplings – which were all good quality. Lastly, for my drink, I ordered the honeydew bubble tea, which was delicious! We also all got a complementary bowl of ice cream at the end.

The hot pot was a fun and unique dining experience. My biggest complaint is that our server wasn’t very helpful in explaining the ordering process or where things like sauces were located. She pretty much gave us menus and walked away, meanwhile the servers helping the people next to us got way more detailed explanations. I also didn’t know you could order sushi at the hot pot area… they absolutely made it sound like you had to pick one or the other when you arrive because they have two different menus. I understand space is needed for the specialized tables but I’m 5’7 and I found them quite high… eating was a bit uncomfortable and drinking out of a straw was out of the question. Overall my food was pretty good. My favorite part was the bubble tea. I think I would try a different hot pot restaurant before I return to this one.

It’s one of our favorite restaurants anywhere! Phenomenal food, service and environment. Jay & Vivian, as well as all the staff, are so friendly and just overall wonderful people, that provide amazing customer service. We bring friends and family every time we come, from near and far. They are always amazed at how wonderful the food and service are and at such a reasonable price. We’ll be customers for life! Best sushi around! If you haven’t been, you need to go!!!

First time here and was very good. Atmosphere was nice and service was prompt and friendly. Amy was very thorough explaining the menu, and answering questions. They do charge if you waste food, so don’t order a ton and decide you don’t like something or are full .. and understandably so. We ordered in increments instead. While the food is delish, it is filling which isn’t a bad thing. Drinks were tasty too and well made. And not to forget, the miso soup was very tasty.
