Ordered 50$ worth of food. Sat down and bit into a vegetable egg roll and found meat, didn’t think to much about it until I saw it had a weird outside. A ROACH. how? How do you accidentally cook a ROACH into an egg roll. Obviously I threw the remaining food away because who knows what else is in that food. Then called, simply to get a refund, completely willing to drive back to them to prove it was real, and they offer a free hibachi meal and no refund. NEVER EAT AT THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU WANT SOME RANDOM CREEPY CRAWLEY IN YOUR MOUTH!

Customer service is 10/10. We are not from the area and accidentally ordered from the location in Clarksville. When we arrived at this location 15 minutes prior to close to pick up our order, the guy explained that we had ordered from the wrong location but he would be happy to make our food for us. He took our order and got us taken care of. He was incredibly kind and did not seem inconvenienced at all. To top it all off, it was some of the best food truck food I have ever eaten. Better than most sit down hibachi places I’ve been to. This will be a regular stop when we are passing through!!
