I had the privilege of being one of the first customers at King sushi in Orlando Florida amazing food. The vibe is so chill. It’s so nice. They have live entertainment and the ambience is top-notch. Had a great time. Loved being treated like a queen and I will be coming back!! I really enjoyed the dragon avocado that was probably one of my favorite sushi rolls and they had a really nice Brazilian soft drink that I had the privilege of tasting delicious

I ordered the Dragon Roll and the Dorito Roll, and my boyfriend ordered a different roll as well. The Dragon Roll was definitely the best item we tried. The Dorito Roll was bland, and the other roll (pictured on the right side of the circular sushi plate) had seaweed that was much too thick, which affected the taste and texture. It is possible that we simply ordered the wrong items, because the restaurant itself has a nice atmosphere and the presentation was appealing. Based on our experience, I would stick to the Dragon Roll or try other rolls instead.

Where do I even begin? Only gave them one star because zero isn’t an option. During my first experience, which was celebrating an anniversary, we visited the Newark location and ordered the rodizio (all you can eat). We literally spent three hours at the restaurant and didn’t even receive all of our appetizers. We tried to be patient and give the chef time, but it still took three hours. The place wasn’t even busy. Afterward, we had to go out to dinner a 2nd time at a 2nd restaurant. The rodizio wasn’t worth it. Again, three hours to not even receive our entire first order. No good explanation was given. They said they were missing some ingredients. They told us this two and an half houses after we ordered the food! After the three hours, they asked us to wait another 15 minutes. Comical… We left and finished dinner at another restaurant.
Hoping the Union location was better, specifically because after a phone call I was assured it was, I made an 8pm reservation on New Years Eve. I made this reservation via phone call on the 30th. They were right, the experience was completely different. THIS IS BECAUSE THE RESTAURANT WAS CLOSED! At this point, we’re stuck outside a closed restaurant on New Years Eve with no reservations for any place else. They took the reservation and never even had the courtesy to call me at any point to tell me the restaurant won’t be open for the time that they made my reservation.
Based on these two experiences, I would say this place has THE WORST customer service of any restaurant I’ve ever been to. Again, ZERO stars if it were an option. Shame on me for giving them a second chance.

Before placing my order, I specifically asked about preparation time because I needed to coordinate an Uber pickup. I was told 15–20 minutes.
After that window passed, I called and was informed the order was not ready and there was no estimated completion time. When I requested cancellation due to the delay and lack of clarity, I was told “no problem.”
Shortly after, I received another call saying the kitchen was “just packaging.” However, it still took approximately 9 additional minutes to hand the order to the Uber driver — who waited outside for about 15 minutes.
Delays can happen. What is unacceptable is the way the situation was handled.
The communication was inconsistent, dismissive, and showed a complete lack of respect for the customer’s time. Instead of transparency and accountability, I was given shifting explanations and no ownership of the delay.
Customer service is not just about food — it’s about professionalism and consideration. Unfortunately, this experience reflected neither.

Since my first visit to Kingu Sushi Union, I’ve been impressed with the quality of the service and the food. Júnior always greets us warmly and is super attentive. The food is very well prepared and fresh. I think the price is fair for the quality, and the atmosphere is very pleasant and family-friendly.

My first experience having Brazilian sushi outside of Brazil. As myself worked in sushi restaurants for many years I know how sushi should be and taste like. The sushi here was fresh, high quality and very very tasty. They are very creative and good at it. Wellington was a very nice and sharp server. I definitely recommend this place to people who loves sushi. They also have all you can eat which I was very happy to know! Definitely coming back alone and with friends. This place automatically became one of my favorite sushi spots to go to. Also Guilherme is a great sushi chef, the sushi was amazing. I will be back soon.

I always come back to this place when I’m craving sushi. The atmosphere is nice, the waiter is always kind and helpful to explore new flavors that is a guarantee success. From all the times that I’ve brought my friends over to try it out not once the presentation was the same, they sure are creative on how to serve their food and I love it. Eating at Kingu Sushi has always been a great experience.

Haven’t had Brazilian sushi since I lived there and once I found out about this place I had to go asap.
The sushi is EXACTLY how I remembered it being. It tasted so fresh and hot at the same time. Honestly been kind of dreaming about it since I went last, it’s that good. They have two options to pay by the roll or rodizio style. I opted for the rodizio and it was so worth it.
