Terrible experience! Prices have gone up, but the portions have gotten much smaller. I was shocked when I got home and opened the containers, it looked nothing like it used to. The customer service was awful; the staff seemed annoyed and took my order with an attitude. The food quality has really gone downhill. I ordered a large, but it looked more like a small. The first picture is after I removed the meat. Definitely never coming back.

This was my first time at Kingsway and the food was delicious! I rated the atmosphere with 3 stars only because I do not want others to think it is a restaurant in the sense of there being servers. This is really a takeout, but with plenty of seating if you are dining it. I tried every dish they had available in their displays and enjoyed every one of them. Because the food was so good and well seasoned, I ordered several items to take home, including a Lagos Bread and meat pies. I highly recommend and will be back. The prices are affordable and the food is plenty.

I don’t know what is going on with this restaurant. Last week I went there after ordering food for a specific time, I got there after driving 30 minutes after the catered time and the food was still not ready, they made me wait over 20 minutes in the store. A young boy with dreadlocks was very rude and unappreciative of all customers and so was the older cashier guy whom I believe is Ghanian. I am not the only one there that was complaining they wasted almost 2 hours of my time driving back and forth and waiting and I still walked out with no food. I went there again today and I returned an extra item which was placed in my order and they were disrespectful again and wasted my time. My order was wrong and I did not get all I ordered. You have been opened for a while and have loyal customers, it seems like you are getting a little bit too relaxed now because you have too many customers. You will loose this customers if your staff disrespectful to your customers and their time.

The food is excellent and is the only thing that keeps me going to this place. Service is very slow. Even if you order online days ahead of time, you still wait 20-30 mins. This is how long I wait when I order at the counter. It’s ridiculous but the food is great, so we continue to go.

I admit, I was almost scared off by the one star reviews but the good reviews far outweigh and make up for them so I decided to give it a try. I got the egusi/efo riro mix with assorted meat and amala. I’ve never had this before but I think it was great! I got what I think was cow skin, cow foot, and a piece of maybe beef that I’ve saved for later. I was so excited to see nm meats assortment! Basically, I had a powerful anti-aging meal packed with iron, collagen, and fiber. I will 100% be ordering this again!

This food was soooo disgusting. I am so disappointed. My husband is Nigerian and normally cooks at home. Considering he was sick I ordered this food for him. I wasted my $60 I wish I never ordered anything. The “egusi” as they call it was not egusi. It was spinach and tomato with turkey skins and goat. I didn’t even ask for turkey. Disgusting and flavorless. The meat pie was was flavor less and the suya was so spicy my child who eats pepper was crying. Not to mention how old and nasty the hallow and white rice was. It has to have been sitting in a pot for days. The food is small portioned and expensive. Please don’t waste your time. My kids can cook better than this.

I ordered half tray of jollof rice and half tray of fried rice. I picked it up yesterday. The food tasted horrible. No seasoning. Waste of money. I’m very disappointed because I heard good things about this place. This is my first and last time ordering from here. Very sad. Both rice were also too hard!

I love kingsway. The food is amazing. I have been coming here for years ! Unfortunately I decided to leave this review because it seems as though my online orders are never ready when I arrive regardless of if I hit the pay at restaurant button or pay online. & when I get to the store im always told the receipt didn’t print, the receipt is then printed on the spot and its basically like im waiting In line all over. Today I ordered to pick up my food at 12 and I waited 30 minutes for my food which was an online order. While other customers came in , ordered and received there food before me. I dont appreciate the service qualities. Online orders should be ready when a customer walks in & stop giving the same excuse about receipts not printing. You guys know you get multiple online orders that need to be printed.

If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered through Uber eats delivery. Food does not taste well and is undercooked. Received assorted meat/egusi. Full of palm oil and tomato. Ordered jollof rice and well not seasoned well. Food is just floating in oil. I ordered fried croaker fish. It came floating in can tomatoe sauce. Completely disgusting. Won’t recommend eating here. Suya had random pieces of meat. Meat was tuff and hard to chew unseasoned. Will be my first and last time spending my hard earned money on this nonsense.
