Tried the oxtail sandwich. It was pretty good. Had to take the beef patty off. Too much bread for me. Not $20 good though. Got the turkey wing plate had 4 turkey wing tips with lots of bones and skin, but the sauce was good. I say try it! Your experience may be better. Gonna wait until the fame dies down. I had to stop in and try the viral Tik Tok sandwich. The line was super long but was moving steadily. I waited about 20 minutes for my food because it was cooked to order. I ordered the Tik Tok sandwich, which was filled with an oxtail patty, mac & cheese, and coco bread. Ordered an oxtail egg roll and jersey chicken rasta pasta. EVERYTHING was soooo good and flavorful! The rasta pasta was enough for 3 servings! This is definitely my #1 spot for Jamaican food

Please do not believe the hype and long line about this establishment. First, we waited over an hour and they completely forgot about our order and they totally didn’t apologize for wait on their end. The food was salty and had no Jamaican flavor or seasoning. We ordered Shrimp Rasta Pasta with no meat, which was salty and greasy, where you see globes of grease. The Brown Stew Fish was heavy in salt, without any flavor on the fish. Peas and rice was gummy and cabbage was salty as well. We were totally disappointed with food and the price for some bad Jamaican food. Plus, we tipped them for bad food and horrible service!!! We didn’t eat the rest of the food and wanted to give the food away to someone on the street, but it was toooo salty for anyone to eat. Save your money and time, just go to Fireside Jamaican Restaurant on Covington Highway, as they offer better tasting food and not over priced. Just speaking the truth!!!!

We finally visited this Tik Tok viral restaurant. This place in Decatur, GA is known for its Ox Tail Mac and Cheese Jerk Beef patty on Co Co bread. My son saw the posts and insisted we go. So we did on a Friday evening. Oh was it pack! There was a line wrapped inside. We were at the end. It took about 20 minutes before we were able to order. They cook food to fresh and depending on what it is, it may take 30 minutes to an hour. We ordered the famous Ox Tail and Curry Chicken. It 15 minutes. The food was hot in temperature, spicy seasoning, and fresh! My son couldn’t stop complimenting Howe good the Ox Tail Mac and Cheese Jerk Beef was. Every flavor of sensation he says! He wished someone had came up with it before! My curry chicken was delicious too! Go check them out!!!

UPDATE! My very 1st experience was great! Since then, the JERK RASTA PASTA is not as much. No chicken really! The sauce has less cheese and more oil in it. They have over an hour wait and do not take orders over the phone. I am really disappointed because I know my original review had made such an impact. I hope this can be fixed soon.I think they grew too quickly and can’t handle the volume. (4months ago)The Jerk Pasta was amazing. I wish I had more chicken in it. The flavor was amazing. If you are in a rush, and time isn’t on your side, do not patron( VISIT) at Kingston Caribbean restaurant, My Yute, or Baby Love; my wait time was 54 minutes and 08 seconds! $20.00 TikTok sandwich(Mac & Cheese was BLAND and LACK CHEESE, but COCO bread was delicious & soft). Rice and peas with oxtail gravy(Rice was fresh, but the Gravy was a little spicy). Steroid(big)Chicken Wings( They don’t provide any nonspicy options, so prepare your taste palette for extreme SPICE; The cashier said yes, we have just BBQ wings, but those given to me were JERK BBQ, very SPICY. Also, I had to drive back because they forgot to give my wife her KEY LIME PIE. Overall, Enjoy at your discretion, and have patience because you will be waiting!
