Great restaurant they have in business for over 100 years! I have been going to the Hilltop restaurant since I was a kid when I used to live in Kingston Idaho! It looks they have done some updating and remolding to there restaurant since I was a kid! All they remolding looks great! They have great food! Kids are welcome there even though it is a bar!

Wonderful little place!
We brought our two little kiddos and we all enjoyed every bit! There was a changing station for our son and our daughter felt comfortable going to the bathroom like a big girl! They had a menu for the kids and some crayons to keep them busy while we waited.
Everyone of us enjoyed our perfectly prepared meals, especially me and my giant Mushroom Swiss Burger!
With a great bar to wash that great meal down, this is a full service location we will definitely be coming back to!

Very friendly staff, old mining/logging town vibe inside. The fish and chips exceeded my expectations by far! Go on Fridays for some amazing clam chowder too!

Hilltop is a lot like some comfy old jeans. You don’t need them to look too flashy, small holes and no obvious stains will be just fine. That’s Hilltop, seats were worn and comfy. You could probably puff a few drags on a cigarette without anyone protesting. Waitress came right up and was friendly but not intrusive and drinks were delivered promptly like they gave a rip about service. I had the chicken fried steak and I loved every bite. Pulled off the highway for something hopefully homemade-ish and I was so happy. I’ll definitely be back. Thanks Hilltop!

This is a hidden gem in the area. Great menu, family owned, and the food is delicious.Their back patio is spacious and really nice! The owners clearly take pride in their establishment and I would highly recommend this as a stop in for riders or other passerbys.

We LOVE Hilltop! The food is always fantastic, the staff is fun and friendly and the atmosphere and memorabilia make it a great experience. It’s a “go to” in our book. (& if you haven’t been lately – try the blue cheese parmesan garlic fries, jalepeno poppers and bacon wrapped asparagus – all new appetizers and OUTSTANDING additions to the menu.
