LISTEN! These folks have the best attitude I’ve experienced in a long time! Me and my fiancé came here from out of town and we were treated so kindly, the drinks are poured exactly to your liking, the food is fresh and good, the price is nice, it’s clean, safe, and the DJ IS AWESOME! Great for dancing! Plays a reasonable mix of different genres. We went first on a Tuesday, and came back on a Saturday!

The servers were nice and I can tell they were trying their best. But to be charged $20 to get in, then $62 for a hookah, and promised that it would be unlimited coals by the manager ( I had to wait over an hour just to get a refill on coals, that I never got ) and I ended up getting ONE Drink. I paid over a hundred in total for just myself and tbh , it wasn’t a good time. I waited to be served a basic request for well over an hour when I was promised something different . It was an overpriced experience and I won’t be coming back

I had a horrible experience. My best friend and I were just looking for a fun night out. We were recommended by google to come here. To start the setup is nice but the looks are deceiving. The food was cold, no flavor and frozen still. The dj was horrible and old fashioned, no current music was played and the drinks were watered down. I spoke to my waitress and the manager about the food and drinks. No discount was provided even though the drinks weren’t drank, only sipped to taste and the food was barely touched because the wings and fries were still frozen. We left paying $160 for 2 orders of wings, 2 orders of fries, hookah and 2 drinks. I asked if that tab was wrong, I couldnt believe what we were charged and we didnt indulge in anything we paid for!!!. SMH I will never be back here again.

Everything’s overpriced , security guard likes to grope people. Music so loud it’ll hurt your ears. Bartenders go out of their away to ignore you so the can continue sucking on their own hookah. Everybody wears hats but if you wear a hoodie it’s not okay because “if something happens they need to see your face on camera” last I checked the brim of a hat hides your face from a camera way better than a hoodie does so I’m pretty sure they’re also pretty slow here. Avoid this dump

My previous comment was blocked so here goes another. First let me start by saying our server was very apologetic at the lack of service we had, she really tried her best. The food was pretty okay, it had flavor. Now let’s start. The owner/manager was very rude and unprofessional. When asked a question, instead of answering we were waved off and told to shut up (it was some colorful words in there but I think using them last time had my review removed) it was 4 of us and we were paying good money, we had to go to the bar to get our own drinks and because the owner got annoyed with us because I complained he told the bartender to stop serving us and we needed to wait at our table for our waitress to serve us. I said I would not spend another penny in there! But oh I went back 1 more time with a huge group of people. TABLES were reserved and paid for. When we got there all the guest that attended had to pay an additional $20 to get in although tables were paid for. Get inside and there were no tables, they were given to other parties. I wish I could go into full detail on how to stay away from this place and save your coins but my post may get removed again!

The place looks very nice, bartender was nice & attentive. My friend ordered lemon wings and they were alright we had better. Over priced drinks and hookaks is the downfall here. We won’t be coming back

Upon arrival management was nice and accommodating. The waitress was great and attentive. Food and drinks were on point!
But once the night staff arrived it got disrespectful, they made me and the people that came to the establishment with me feel like we were an inconvenience. One waitress even asked my party of 6 (food, drinks and all) to squeeze to a table set for a party of 4, because we were taking up too much space.
This is disappointing because I live close and hoped to make this a place I frequented especially when family and friends came to visit because of the convenient location.
We paid too much to be rushed or treated like an inconvenience.

Great experience Chante was an amazing Server. From beginning to end. I impressed usually don’t get TOP notch service but she was amazing served the best drinks and made sure my hookah was good. Even when I stopped the hookah tip she got new one with no problem. I just got off the ship and I must say in glad I chose to spend my bday here. Thank you chante for an amazing experience.
