It was ok. We ordered a couple of the noodle soups—duck and spare ribs. The soups could have been warmer. We are on a quest to find the best noodle restaurant in Chinatown and this would be pretty far down the list. Supposedly the clay pot dishes are good and likely better than the noodle soups. We also got some truffle soup dumplings. We have definitely had better soup dumplings at other places. If we come back it will be for the clay pot dishes. I would pass on the rest.

This was my first time ordering to-go. I had the duck and salt fish fried rice with chicken, and it was fresh, flavorful, and reasonably priced. The process was quick and convenient. There is a slight language barrier, so having your order ready and pointing to the menu makes things easier. Debit and card accepted.

Bright, cheery place on Dumpling and noodle street, Mott. Very reasonable, generous portions. Wontons are very good and substantial. roast duck and bbq pork were good.- Had their Beef Clay Pot which was good, the egg was a touch overcooked and the bottom rice was not charred quite enough for max flavor. They’re pretty new so that might account for the flavors not quite there yet. Food was solid, I’d go back anytime.

The place looks really good — clean and welcoming! The waitresses are friendly and provide great service. The food is delicious, especially the roast pork — juicy and tender! The special fried dough stick also looks super cool and tastes amazing. Definitely worth a visit!

I have ordered this dish at least 50 times, and over time the portions have become noticeably smaller. What used to be about three-quarters of a bowl has now been reduced to half a bowl. This feels like cutting corners.

When I politely asked about the portion at pickup, the staff was extremely rude and impatient. Instead of explaining, they dismissed me and said, “This is always the portion. When have you ever gotten more than this?”

As a long-time repeat customer, I know exactly how much food this dish used to come with. Reducing portions while denying it to customers is unacceptable.

The food itself is okay, but with shrinking portions and poor service, I won’t be returning and do not recommend this place.

great food at super low prices!! the duck was very crispy and the chashu was perfectly marinated. the clay pot rice takes longer than the other dishes and the server made sure to let me know in advance when i was ordering.

Choy sum w garlic was super yummy! Fresh food and open late. Hard to find a good food place open at 2am. Our server spoke 7 languages! Smart friendly guy. He spoke English, Spanish, Portuguese, French, Cantonese, mandarin, and another dialect.

Am unassuming place that is untouched by the touristy crowds heading to Chinatown. I had the three bbq combo – I chose roast duck, char siu pork and chicken with scallions – three meals, three different ways of cooking, and different temperatures (chicken was cold, char siu pork was warm), all perfectly done. Based on the advise on the internet, I chose the bbq combo without rice so that I can try the claypot. I chose the preserved meat claypot which was fabulous as well. But I was full to the gill, and giving up on the rice in the BBQ combo wasnt enough trade-off to make space for the claypot!

One of the best choices for work lunch if your office is nearby. Love the clay pot rice. Suggest to add some soy sauce over the rice to light up the flavor.

The restaurant is clean and the interior is very nice. The braised goose tofu skin clayplot is flavorful and tender. We got the Char siu, crispy roasted pork, spare ribs, and Chicken—all of which were delicious! Would definitely come again!
