We had a great experience at this fish and chips restaurant! The staff were very friendly and welcoming, which made the visit even better.
The portions were generous, and the food was fresh and tasty – definitely good value for money. They also have a nice kids’ menu with options that are perfect for little ones.
It’s a great spot for families, and we’ll definitely be coming back!

We were on a day trip from London and came across this place…and what a great find! We had haddock and chips — absolutely delicious. Huge portions and perfectly cooked fish. They kindly brought us some lemon and had tartar sauce too. Fantastic food and very friendly service — highly recommend!

Proper chippy! Delicious fresh fish with crunchy batter, perfect chips, tasty battered sausage – all big portions. Staff were really friendly too, would definitely recommend dropping in.

What an incredible Fish and Chip shop. Firstly the staff are so lovely. Not sure I have ever been in a fish and chip shop that feels like a community.
The quality of the fish and chips are the best I have ever tasted…… Ever. We were the last to order and they made anything fresh. No quibbles and with a smiles.

Came here on a quiet Monday at around 1230 and ordered a small cod and mushy peas.
In terms of the style of the fish and chips I was very much in agreement. Very substantive, heavily crispy batter with cakey notes. I can’t say the fish was the softest or most delectable but was still good and the quality of the batter puts this up there with the best I’ve sampled.
I deduct a star as it did take quite a long time to receive my food despite being the only customer waiting. Felt like almost 15 minutes.
Also I feel the vinegar they offer was a bit on the cheap side and was definitely more water heavy than more classic malt vinegar brands so I had to really drench my fish in it.

Nice fish and chip shop. Flat entrance but a bit of a tight squeeze as a wheelchair user and the high, busy counter made it too tricky to see the menu from my ‘chair. Food was served quickly, piping hot and delicious. Nice range of veggie options compared to many other places, the pea fritter and curry spring roll were particularly delicious!
