I have been eating here for years but it seems like my meals never come the way I order them. I can over look some mistakes but when the waitress tells me well that’s the way they make it I am done! Jessica order#4049 was asked for a morning noon and night with an over easy egg and the bread not toasted. It came toasted with a hard egg. She made no attempt to make it right. I explained I could eat the bread so toasted and see said again that THAT IS THE Way their made!

The chicken tenders meal and USDA chopped steak is great! They still provide rolls with dinner entries, which I enjoy. They also got new chairs in the back table area. They are improving! Only concern is the ice water, don’t get that. Edit: still 5 stars! Just had their all you can eat spaghetti (Saturdays 4pm-close) and it was great! Also the previous photo I posted is now outdated as they put up a big flat screen TV!

Our first visit to Kings this past weekend in Butler PA, no real issue with the food or the service. We had a pleasant meal, and the staff was nice and friendly.

Big food, small price! Kind and quick service! Tip well my friends!! I would have given 5 star if the Hollandaise sauce on the Benedict had been made from scratch.

It was very nice. The waitresses were attentive and pleasant. We got drinks right away. Poor girl had to come back 3 times to take our order because my friend and I were just so relaxed. We had a very enjoyable and scrumptious lunch. It was clean and with the uplifting music , that was not loud, we probably stayed longer than a normal restaurant visit.

Better than down-home cooking. We go there quite often and will keep going there. The manager and staff are very friendly, and very attentive to your needs. Highly recommended
I wanted to add to my review because they got a new menu and a lot more variety and selection. I have never had a bad meal here and the service is very good. The breakfasts are fantastic. I love the vegetable soup! I can’t make it at home as good as they do here. This is always our first choice to go out to eat. We know we will get a good meal at a decent price and have very good service. We have never been let down at this restaurant. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone for a good meal.

Your responses are quite rehearsed. I was management in a restaurant. I know you have a script you must follow. Trying to make me look bad isn’t working. I am actually disappointed that you would do so. I am a former employee however I did not leave angry. I loved my customers and co-workers. The only reason anyone knew about trying to sell without our knowledge was accidental. An employee just happened to see the for sale add. That’s just weasel like! I tried to get upper management to correct the situations for years. You unfortunately came in at the end and got the raw end of the deal. I am sorry you were put in that position but you cannot with any moral standing deny what I have said is truth. A timely manner is a few hours, a day or maybe a few days. The dining room leaked for the 13 years I remained loyal to the company. My poor store managers had to deal with all of it with no permission or knowledge to fix anything. It was less than 50• inside and I was forced to work without a sweater or hat for 3 days when you so promptly took care of the problem w space heaters. Customers had to eat with coats on even after the heat was fixed but you’re right 3 days was quick. I know that 5 min walk to the store was so difficult to handle. Good luck to you George and have a Happy New Year 🙂

In response to your reaction:
Are you implying you were unaware? You should have addressed these issues when it was brought to your attention while the store was still open. It’s kind of a moot point now.

Original post:
I’m all about reopening for the good of the hardworking people you employ however where were you when you forced them to work severely understaffed and begged you to close early because there were no customers in the evening and ran them into the ground?? Where was the concern for the customers when you forced your employees to work in unsafe conditions? Where was the concern when you remained open with ceilings leaking in the dining room on customers and their tables. Where was the concern for anyone but your own pockets when you remained open although you were aware of SEWAGE spewing throughout the restaurant?? You should be ashamed not looking for a pat on the back for reopening despite the governor’s orders! I ask potential customers to think about that before you patronize this establishment for moralities sake and your own.

It was fine, I guess. It took us almost an hour to get our food, someone dropped a plate and hurt our ears. The food was fine, wasn’t worth the wait. The music in the place was HORRIBLE, and SO LOUD! The staff was very friendly though, and the price wasn’t bad.
It’s fine I guess…
We may come back sometime after COVID.
