Got a platter from here for my work lunch & i had a hair in my food. Had to work a 12 hr shift they wanted me to bring the plate the next day. Employees are unaware of refund policy wasted my time after telling me it’s okay to come back for a refund . The little of food I had yams were bland Mac and cheese was bland. Short ribs were good but for the price they are should been falling off the bone .

I ordered a 1/2 baked chicken dinner which comes with two sides. I ordered an extra side of yams. I received a quarter piece of chicken and two sides for $18.99 and complete order for $22.00 which the chicken looked like it was boiled in adobo and placed in the oven to keep warm. The Mac and cheese was bland and cold. The mix greens with cabbage was bland too. So disappointed with this one. So I’m going to ask Allah to bless the hands that cook in the future. Ameen !!!!!!

Literally been coming here for 5 years… ordering or dine in. Just terrible! Food is almost like your home cooked so no complaints. This place was AMAZING!! Today was my first going and I definitely will be returning. Let me start with the fact that the service was so friendly! Everyone was very kind and attentive to my boyfriend and I from the moment we walked in the door. He got the chicken and waffles and I got the chicken dinner. The portions are very nicely sized and the fact two people can eat there for under $30 shows just how affordable it is!. Our food was excellent! Which says a lot because I’m from the South and am always disappointed when attending ‘soul food’ restaurants. Not here!! I felt like I was eating my mother’s home cooked Sunday dinner! I left satisfied, very satisfied, and the only thing they were missing was a bed for me to take a nap after finishing my entire plate. Please go experience this lovely restaurant!!! Bless

As a halal joint of course i give this a 10/10. But to just give it a 10/10 because it’s halal and not be completely honest is so biased and not fair.
I had the diva egg wrap (egg white, grilled chicken, lettuce and tomato), chicken tender wrap with fries, home fries with grilled onions and peppers, and i forgot the name of the last one (drenched?) gravy turkey chops which was the recommendation of the waitress. With a side of coleslaw corn bread (corn muffin lol) and mac and cheese.
Diva wrap was 8.5/10
Fries 7/10 (a little too salty)
Tender wrap 8/10
Turkey 5/10
Corn bread (corn muffin) 5/10
Mac and cheese 7/10
Cole slaw 5.5/10 (too many large onion pieces)
Service and our waitress was absolutely wonderful. So pleasant, friendly and caring.
Would definitely say to come by and try their food. I would totally come by again

Food is pretty good. They sometimes have hiccups but if you say something they will do their best to fix it. I’ve been coming here for years. Especially for the Eid Breakfast special. But this review is for during Ramadan. They were speedy and the food was good and fresh. There were some mistakes but our waiter was wonderful and tried to fix our order right away. Overall good service, food, and prices.

I’m so shocked that the potato salad was not the best. It was so sweet and loaded down with an over amount of mayo. The potatoes were not all cooked through. I couldn’t even eat it. The Salmon was good and the collards were ok. Hopefully they will review their potato salad.

Our server Vivian was amazing! The place was clean and the food was delicious. Warm syrup and melted butter was given for pancakes without request. The staff was pleasant and accommodating and the price was right for any budget. I’ll definitely be back
