I wanted to thank the Kings Burlington team for such a wonderful experience at my son’s birthday yesterday. Everyone we interacted with was incredibly kind and helpful, and we were so impressed with the private room. The way the cupcakes were set up was such a thoughtful and unexpected touch.
Finding venues that are truly accessible and welcoming can be challenging for families and guests with children with disabilities, and we felt welcomed from the moment we arrived. Several parents even asked about hosting their own parties there, which speaks volumes. Every request we made was graciously accommodated, and we are so grateful.
My son and his friends had an absolute blast and we want to pass along our thanks to the entire team.

This place is great if you don’t have a dairy allergy or sensitivity. If you do, be prepared for an endless back and forth that takes all night to determine what you can eat. My husband was served his meal a good 20 minutes before mine and when mine finally arrived (a salad) they forgot the grilled chicken I asked for. This was at the bar. The bartender was very sorry and comped the salad which I appreciate but it did put a damper on things. It was my birthday :/ I do think the menu needs to be re-examined.

We hosted our company’s annual holiday party here, and it was a huge success. The service was top notch, with many of our employees commenting on how terrific the waitstaff was. The food was also incredible. One person remarked that the food was not what they expected from a bowling alley, and that it was on par with high end restaurants. Above all, I appreciated the little extras that King’s offered, including welcome signs with our company logo, flexibility with managing our drink tokens/bar limit, and even temperature control requests handled immediately. I highly recommend King’s for a private event!

I just had my 4 year old’s birthday party at Kings Burlington and I was extremely impressed with the experience. Prior to the party they were great. They took care of everything. We told them how many people (kids and adults) and they had great suggestions for how much food and drinks, what good timing would be and how much arcade credit. It was really a “choose your own adventure” birthday party. When we arrived we were introduced to our server Sandra and she was just so good. She was great with the kids, gave me lots of tips and tricks to make the party run smoothly, and was very attentive to the 40+ people in attendance.
I was also introduced to the manager Mike and he was also really just a nice guy. My wife wasn’t present because she had just given birth to our third, and Mike asked after her and provided some coupons for free bowling for a date night when she’s back in our feet.
Overall they made it really effortless especially because I was running the party solo. Without Sandra I don’t know what I would have done!

We had our daughter’s 6th birthday party here (with 13 kids) on a Sunday afternoon. She loved it, and her friends had a good time. Our server, Vivian, and the staff were all great – very friendly and efficient.
Since the parents stay at the party at this age, I was worried if it would be too cramped with too many people by the lanes, but they set up the space well and everything went smoothly. I’m very happy with how the party went.

We recently hosted our 8th Annual charitable event at Kings Dining & Entertainment and couldn’t have been more pleased with how everything turned out. The event was a huge success, and the entire Kings team went above and beyond to make it happen.
From start to finish, the planning process was exceptional — their staff was incredibly accommodating, attentive, and truly invested in ensuring every detail was covered. Our guests had a wonderful time, the food was excellent, and the atmosphere was perfect for bringing people together for a great cause.

We came here on Saturday with a group of 12. The bowling alley had been notified days in advance, yet we still had to wait about 40 minutes for just two lanes.
When we finally got to the lanes, one of them was not working properly. The scoring system was glitching and wouldn’t log our scores. It didn’t start functioning correctly until halfway through the game — and by that time, we ran out of time.
On top of that, there was confusion at the front desk about our payments. We were told not everyone had paid, even though they had. I had to personally go to the desk multiple times to sort it out. When I asked them to read off the names of those who paid, they then agreed to add everyone to the lane.
We also asked to speak with a manager, but no one ever came to address the issue.
Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, especially after giving advance notice for a large group. Unfortunately, this is the worst bowling alley experience I’ve had, and I won’t be returning.

Went to Kings on a Saturday night and joined the waiting list for a pool table. Took about 40 minutes, was able to sit at the bar and wait. Mai Tai was good and some cool mocktail options. Pool table is $18 an hour. Once we were given a table, there was a server taking orders around the room. Bowling here is decent and by the hour. It is string pin, but the atmosphere is fun for a night out and there are plenty of seating options and an arcade if you decide to just get a drink or a bite.

We had a blast this Saturday At kings Burlington. We have been to other kings and this one is run the best! Annie the GM came over multiple times to make sure we had a good time at our table. So much so that we bought a few hours of bowling to continue our great time. We will be back and looking forward to chatting with Annie again.
