Placed an order for pupusa’s with no cheese. They still packed my order with cheese. I even made notes in the comment section, no cheese and to call me if they had any questions. The food tasted as though it had been prepared early in the day and was just either microwaved or quickly heated on the stove and reserved. Seemed to be the more interested in taking my money then meeting customer needs. Will not return to this establishment.

I ordered a Horchata from this restaurant, and nowhere on the menu did it mention that the drink contained nuts. I have a nut allergy and had a reaction shortly after drinking it. My uncle called right away to ask if there were any nuts in the Horchata, and the employee said no.
A few hours later, I called myself and spoke to the same lady, who then admitted that yes, there are nuts in it. This kind of inconsistency is extremely dangerous for anyone with food allergies. Allergens should always be clearly listed, and staff should be properly trained to give accurate information.
This situation could have had very serious consequences. I hope the restaurant takes this feedback seriously and updates their menu and staff training immediately.
Food allergies are not a minor dietary preference — they are a medical condition that can cause severe, life-threatening reactions. Restaurants have a legal and ethical obligation to disclose major allergens like nuts, dairy, soy, and gluten on their menus. In this case, the complete lack of allergen labeling for a drink that contains nuts is unacceptable.
What’s even more concerning is the misinformation from staff. When customers ask about allergens, they are trusting the restaurant with their health and safety. Giving the wrong answer, especially two conflicting ones from the same person. shows a serious lack of training and awareness. One mistake or a moment of uncertainty can lead to hospitalization or worse.
I truly hope management takes immediate action to update their menu to include clear allergen warnings and to train their staff on accurate ingredient knowledge. No customer should ever have to risk their health because of an avoidable communication failure.

Stopped in here during a work trip and will come back whenever in the area. I’ve already gone twice and keep raving about it to everyone. The food is fantastic and the atmosphere is very relaxed. Good selection of food and drinks. Definitely recommend.
