This business produces great food, but the customer service is AWFUL. This woman treats African American people like scum, and I can never understand it because we are in a predominantly African American community. I called to place an order three times as I mentioned in my video… and each time she would answer, say she’s busy, and then hang up, and when I confronted her about basic human interaction and customer service, she just shrug it off. This is very well most likely be my last purchase from this company.

The food is great! Called the business an hour before closing NUMEROUS times. The line was busy. Arrived to the business, asked the lady at the register do they stop answering the phone at a certain time. She stated that “she doesn’t answer the phone when she’s by herself” very rudely. As I’m standing outside, I noticed this same lady on her PERSONAL phone. This is why businesses are loosing customers. Yall need to do better!

The girls that work here don’t like to take orders over the phone. I just called, she answered, said nothing in response to me saying what I want, and left the phone off of the hook. I got a busy tone when I tried to call back. Passed by 2 minutes later. Noone is in the parking lot or drive thru.

The food is delicious, but sometimes the lady at the front counter can be a bit unprofessional. I love their “HOUSE” it is fried rice. I don’t particularly appreciate that the rice comes with 1 tiny sauce with a huge plate of rice. The sauce is too expensive to be so small. They should have a bigger cups for their sauces.
