Kings Co Imperial LES is the new Manhattan outpost of the wildly popular Williamsburg-based Chinese restaurant. Just like the original, the Lower East Side location on Delancey Street is casual and low-key, with dark wood, dim lighting, and well curated design elements. Perfect for group dining, the addition of red leather booths makes ordering large format menu items like Pu Pu Platters and shareable entrees a pleasure and the cocktail program ups the ante started at the Brooklyn location with a wide range of tiki-inspired cocktails as well as a solid selection of beer, wine, and spirits. From casual snacks with drinks at the beautiful bar to a multi-course Chinese feast, Kings Co Imperial continues to deliver on every level.
Modern Chinese haunt serving dishes made with local ingredients, including some from its own garden.

Soup dumplings are great and are worth coming to the restaurant just for that.
I would not order the Sizzling Five Pepper Short Rib (the meat was extremely fatty and tough to bite/chew).
The rest of the food was great, too.
Negative: took way too long to get our food (one dish came out, then had to wait 30 min for the rest when the place was not busy). Slightly expensive.
I really think I would have gone with 4 stars if the food just came out consistently. We ordered 5 dishes around 5:30 PM when the place only had two other tables filled.
We got our 2 appetizers then received one of 3 main dish not too far after. But then there was this long wait. I saw many Togo orders being filled and being picked up. 30 minutes passed and our fried rice (mind you it’s just fried rice and only had 3 shrimps) and half chicken were still missing. We almost wanted to cancel the order at that point.
I would have been more understanding if the place was busy, but it really wasn’t either. Shrug
Food was delicious and staff was very friendly, so no complaint there!
Maybe we’ll give it another try next time.
Also ordered some Mapo Tofu, veggies, shrimp fried rice. All were excellent. Tofu was in big chunks, taste great for tofu lovers. Shrimp fried rice was my favorite.
Servers was very friendly and love the Hawaii theme shirts. My Hawaiian friend felt at home.
