King Kong is a little gem tucked away in Mableton.

My initial food experience from here was unimpressive. Tried their food again because an acquaintance that frequents the spot swears by it and ended up making me try them again.

Second time was a charm, looks like the chef/ cook had been replaced because whomever they have cooking the food now stepped up their game!

The veggie fried rice & lightly seasoned lemon pepper wings is definitely my favorite!
I am super picked about how my wings are made & King-kong definitely gets it right, for the most part!

Great value for your money!

Asked for celery and ranch said they don’t offer celery. Wings were ok. Nothing special. Wife and I ordered two different flavors both tasted the same. First time and last time there.

Everything here is prepared to order. The food is fresh and served piping hot. The fried rice and ramen are good. But don’t sleep on the Korean wings and cupbop — they are out of this world!!

Can you add this recipe to the menu
1 lb Pacific pollock, whiting, or halibut (boneless and skinless)
1 cup panko bread crumbs
1 Tbsp creole seasoning
1 half stick (¼ cup) butter
½ tsp olive oil
2 Tbsp flour
Salt

Preheat oven to 450°F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
Cut fish into bite size pieces (2×1-inch). Pat fish dry with paper towel.
Combine bread crumbs and creole seasoning in a small bowl.
In another small bowl melt butter, add olive oil and a dash of salt.
Put flour on a small plate or bowl. Start dipping fish pieces. First into flour, then into butter mix, and finally in breading (make sure they are completely coated).
Set onto a baking sheet and repeat until all fish pieces are breaded.
Spray bites with cooking spray, this will help brown the outer edge.
Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the fish starts to flake.

This place should be ashamed of how it’s lacking of everything. The servicer/clerk was not friendly. She worked at the register as if she didn’t want to ring customers up. The food was so greasy and unseasoned. I had Butterfly shrimps that were burnt. My spouse had lemonpepper wings that didn’t even taste the lemonpepper just plain nasty. We decided to sit in the place had flying nets that kept getting on our food. I don’t see on how they’re not shut down. SMH!!!

I stopped in today and was Pleasantly surprise with this place.
Came in and someone Greeted me as soon as I came in. I had a Taste for wings and it did not disappoint. I had lemon pepper. I did sample their hot seasoning and it was good. The place was clean. Food was cooked right and was fresh. I also found out they have other food items such as gyros And hamburgers. They had a couple of video games and also plenty of tvs to watch sporting events in such.I would like To make a recommendation. Please start serving Beer and other drinks. Also add a pool table. I do believe that you will Attract more of a crowd and be busier. I will be coming back if you haven’t stopped by, please do in try.

This place has great food ! I love the wings, burgers and fries !!!
It’s always clean and the food comes fast. The ranch powder wings and the dry lemon pepper are my favorites. The bacon cheeseburger is enough to share or just right for one big appetite. And the fountain has grape soda !
Wins all around !!! (I requested well done fries, they’re not burned.) I almost forgot about the funnel cake sticks !

Great food here! Freshly cooked to order. My family loves their wings! The wings are perfectly sized! No jumbo, injected wings here! I’ve had the fried rice, fried shrimp, lemon pepper wings, ranch wings, and mild wings. I will say there needs to be more availability of beverages other than coke products. They should add juices. ****** since I posted this originally, my family and I are 100% pescatarian. I haven’t visited or eaten this food anymore. We love cauliflower wings, which I make at home and avoid consuming any oils that aren’t 100% plant based. While the taste of those wings were good, what and how I eat now far more superior. I honestly don’t even miss eating meat.

This place has been open just a few months, but they’ve got me hooked. The staff is friendly. They cook and sauce their wings just right ! The food is always hot and tasty. My favorite are the lemon pepper wings(wet) and the funnel cake sticks are a great value for the portion size. The prices are great. Below is a picture of my new favorite…Dry ranch wings and of course the funnel cake sticks. (I started to eat before I took the picture.)

Today was my first time trying this place I got a chicken Philly combo and a 10 piece “crispy wings “ the Philly was not seasoned and the meat used didn’t have a taste . The 10 piece wing was not crispy nor do I think the wings were done ! I will never come back nor return and I don’t advise you to either !!
