This food truck is amazing! Serving up some amazing hibachi. I ordered the single size Hibachi Shrimp, sub Noodles instead of Rice, A side of Fried Cheese Wontons. the sautéed vegetables were cooked perfectly, the noodles soft and delicious, and the shrimp seasoned and cooked to perfection. I side of yum yum sauce to add to it! The wontons were huge and filled with amazing cream cheese.

Very good chicken hibachi! We tried it, egg rolls, and 2 sushi rolls. So good! Yum yum sauce was great also. Will return!

My lovely wife is quite particular about how she likes her hibachi rice. For her birthday, I decided to travel to Benton to try out this establisment. I’m happy to report that they did not disappoint! The hibachi chicken and steak combo was definitely worth the trip. The first birthday meal was a success!

Stopped by this place on a whim, not really seeking out hibachi, but it wasn’t busy and we were in a hurry, so it was convenient. Damn am I glad we did. I got the steak/chicken combo and when I say the box barely shut I’m not kidding at all. While I was excited about the portion size what truly blew me away was how fricking good it was. My coworker and I ended up swapping some food because we were both convinced our meal was better (he ordered a sushi roll). Neither of us were wrong. My only regret is how far from my house this place is, otherwise I’d be here once a week. If you love yourself (or someone else since it’s almost Valentine’s Day) eat here. You will not regret it!

First off, the food is amazing. It’s absolutely delicious. You get a lot of food fo the price. Their prices are better than Sakuras. The portions seem bigger and the flavor to me is better. They are very polite.
The only negative I have is that there was a piece of hair in my food. I wish the cooks would wear hair nets! If it weren’t for the hair in the food then I would have left 5 stars. According to other reviews, they also had an issue with hairs being in their food. I really hope they invest in hair nets to maintain a good rating.

I have eaten here a few times in the past couple of months. The food is consistently good! The chicken, the beef is so tender, everything is well seasoned and the portions are generous. And the prices are very reasonable.
