Amazing Korean barbecue experience! The meat was great and very high quality. The entry salads were fresh and delicious, and the rice was especially memorable — served in a hot stone bowl and absolutely amazing. Everything tasted great, and the overall experience was fantastic.

Came here on a weekday around 8 pm, and it wasn’t too busy, which was nice. We ordered the beef combo and the intestine combo. The meat quality here is supposed to be prime, so the prices are a bit higher than other spots. I like that they cook everything for you at the table, and the food itself was good overall.

What I didn’t like was how rushed the cooking felt. Two of our friends were still on the way, and while we were just hanging out, drinking soju, and waiting, the server started cooking all the meat pretty fast. By the time our friends arrived, the beef combo was already cooked, tossed onto their plates, and looked kind of burnt and cold. It would’ve been nice if they waited for everyone to show up before starting.

That aside, it’s still a solid Korean BBQ spot, especially if you’re into intestines like I am. The flavors are good, and the meat quality is there. Also, just valet when you come it’s only about $4 and saves you the hassle of finding parking in K-Town.

KingChang LA delivered a good Korean BBQ experience. We ordered the beef combo and it was good: high-quality cuts, perfectly marinated, and cooked with great care by the staff. The service was attentive and efficient throughout the meal.

A practical note for first-time visitors: the correct entrance is through the interior hallway, not from the street side as Google Maps directions may suggest. Once inside, the restaurant is lively, clean, and very well organized.

Overall, a great choice for authentic Korean BBQ in LA. I would definitely return.

Checked out Kingchang LA in Ktown yesterday and it did not disappoint! The walls are covered with celebrity autographs which was pretty fun to look at while waiting for the food.

I heard their beef intestines are a must-try, but since I’m all about the meat, I went for the beef combo instead. They’ve also got pork and plenty of other options so there’s something for everyone. One cool thing is that while you’re grilling, the table setup also lets you cook a hotpot on the side—super convenient and cozy. The prime boneless short ribs was definitely my favorite!

On top of the combo, I ordered the spicy chicken feet and spicy rice cake with fish cake, both of which were amazing. And shoutout to their mashed potato side dish—so good I had to get multiple refills.

Ordering is super easy too. No need to flag down servers, you can just order everything through the tablet at the table. Oh, and plenty of parking, which is always a huge plus in LA.

ordered the beef combo with prime rib and it did not disappoint. The meat was beautifully marbled, super tender, and full of flavor—cooked perfectly at the table. Great value for the quality, and it comes with all the classic sides. Service was quick and helpful. This place is a K-Town winner for serious meat cravings. Btw, Alvin was taking care of our table. He’s a very nice guy! Good food, good service. Will be back soon.

We ordered beef galbi, beef tongue and pork galbi, and they were all AMAZING! Service was great, they’d cook meat for us, and everyone was super friendly. The quality of meat is just a different level. I’d revisit this place for sure

Came here with a couple friends for dinner and we were all seriously impressed. The beef combo was perfect for 2-3 people, and everything was super fresh.
My favorite was the beef tongue – it had that perfect crisp outside and chewy bite, especially with the scallion salt dip.
The cheese corn is dangerously addicting and the seafood pancake was way better than expected – crispy and packed with real seafood.
I really appreciated how the staff were attentive without being pushy, and they helped with grilling which made everything easier.
Solid KBBQ spot in K-town, definitely adding it to my go-to list!

First time came to this restaurant in Known and very impressed. Excellent meat quality. The intestine combo is highly recommended which can serve for 2-3 people. Also, the side dishes are tasty. The service was very nice and worth for the price. We’ll definitely come back next time.

Walked past this grilled beef intestine spot in K-Town so many times—always drawn in by the amazing smell. Finally tried it, and it did not disappoint!

Signature Grilled Marinated Beef Intestine
Surprisingly, it’s pre-braised! Crispy on the outside, soft inside, and not greasy at all. The fat is rendered out beautifully—easily the best grilled intestine I’ve had.

Spicy Korean Braised Chicken Feet
If you like the ones from Yasiknara, you’ll enjoy these! Very spicy and tender, the feet are stewed until they’re soft and melt in your mouth. Heat lovers, this one’s for you!

Grilled Thin-Sliced Beef Tongue & Short Rib
Both were great! The beef tongue was super thin, which was a nice change from thick cuts—delicate but flavorful. Short rib was juicy too. Just note: we ordered half portions and they’re on the smaller side.

Spicy Octopus Seaweed Perilla Rice
This rice dish had great wok hei! Tossed fresh, crispy and aromatic with seaweed and perilla. The small octopus bits mixed in made it extra tasty with the grilled meats.

Cheesy Creamy Potato Pancake
Never had anything like this before—thin, cheesy, and addictively creamy. Couldn’t stop eating it!

Parking entrance is a bit tricky to find, but there’s valet and usually enough space. There’s a Yi Fang next door, but it was closed after dinner.
