My family has been coming here for years for quick take out, and never really had issues. A few weeks ago we placed an order and something was wrong with my order. For the first time ever, I returned explaining my issue (food quality and freshness) . First time ever having an issue so no big deal ! They cooperated and replaced my complaint of an untouched meal.

We have ordered here a couple of times now. I would say this place is average. I think there are far better tasting places around. I will say the food is always hot and the lunch portions are good size and cheap! Their lunch hours are 11am-3pm. I would say the chicken was alright but honestly wasnt to flavorful. The crab rangoon was not good at all and would not reccomend even trying it. It had a weird shape, texture and odd mix of things inside. All in all I have had worse and if you get their lunch menu for 5$ it’s a pretty good deal. Probably the only thing I would go back for. You can use a credit card but has to be over 10$ or else there is a small fee for under 10$ when using your credit card.

Ordered Crab Rangoons and Egg Drop Soup. Both were delicious (rangoons were extra crispy just how I like it). Great service, both people working there were wonderfully kind. Food was pretty fast, too and good portions.

The order was wrong The service was obnoxious and when I call to complain instead of fixing the problem they denied that it was a problem I’ll NEVER EAT there again. Poor service dirty atmosphere nasty attitudes. I’ll just go elsewhere. As I recommend you do the same

Popular Chinese food restaurant. They don’t deliver, but are very efficient with pickup ordering. Food is fresh, tasty and filling. Hot and sour soup is especially delicious. The Staff and cooks are hard-working, very fast given the level of business they have. Very grateful to have this business in the Norwich community.
