We always come here and it’s always good! They are very nice with substitutions, there’s an up charge but it’s understandable so we do it! We love the broccoli and fried rice here.the staff is always so nice never have had a problem!

We have ordered here a couple of times now. I would say this place is average. I think there are far better tasting places around. I will say the food is always hot and the lunch portions are good size and cheap! Their lunch hours are 11am-3pm. I would say the chicken was alright but honestly wasnt to flavorful. The crab rangoon was not good at all and would not reccomend even trying it. It had a weird shape, texture and odd mix of things inside. All in all I have had worse and if you get their lunch menu for 5$ it’s a pretty good deal. Probably the only thing I would go back for. You can use a credit card but has to be over 10$ or else there is a small fee for under 10$ when using your credit card.

The hot and sour soup is the best I ever tasted. Mushrooms, chicken, tofu. Most other Chinese places use bare minimum ingredients. Priced very fairly. The curry chicken rolls are so fresh, I loved this quick and delicious food. Thank you king wah

Very good reputation. Food is always good, never too greasy. They are quick and affordable. I usually get general Tsos, dumplings, or ginger beef.

Food was awesome as usual. I always get a quart of the ham fried rice. The only place locally that has it.

I was a frequent customer until I purchased a quart of soup today. The lid of the soup had not been secured properly and it leaked as I drove home into the paper bag. I had it on the seat of my car and I am positive that it never fell over. When I got home I carried it into the house and when I tried to put it on the counter the bottom of the bag ripped away and the soup fell on the floor and dumped it’s contents all over the floor.
I called King Wah to complain about it and they implied that because I had it on the seat that it was my fault!!! I had to clean up the mess on my floor and I didn’t realize it, but it had leaked all over my car seat as well, so I had to clean that too. All I wanted from king wah was an apology and a replacement of my lousy $7.50 soup, but they hung up on me!!!
I am truly appalled at their cheapness and lousy, crappy attitude!!!

Food was dry and overcooked. Barely any filling in the crab rangoon. We ordered General Tso chicken idk what the sauce was and it was soggy. The entire experience definitely left much to be desired. Don’t waste your money here!

King Wah is the best in the Norwich area, hands down. The food never disappoints. It is strictly a take out restaurant and there always seems to be people coming in and out, so they are busy. I HIGHLY Recommend King Wah, you will be happy you did.
