Been there twice now! My wife and I have tried the steak and cheese and the King sub. Both were amazing! Some of the best subs we’ve ever had. They have always been incredibly friendly when we visit as well. Truly a hidden gem here in Lansing!

Finally got to try after my significant other has been raving about them for months. And my only regret is that I didnt sooner!!! I got the steak and cheese toasted, it was hands down one of the best I’ve ever had. The bread is literal perfection. The steak was seasoned perfectly, all the toppings were fresh and delicious. I saw the high reviews on Google, and they did not disappoint. The establishment doesn’t have much curb appeal, but you are greeted with a warm and friendly welcome upon entering. The employee described how they made their fresh sandwiches and what they had to offer. After it is assembled, they can even toast your sub in a panini maker. I had the King sub, which was fantastic, along with a combination of discounted chips and a fountain beverage. They also offer homemade cookies and soup.

King Subs hands down makes the best subs in the Lansing area, if not the region! The place may not look like much from the outside, but boy do they make up for it with their food! There is an emphasis on no-fills quality subs at a decent price, especially in today’s world. The meats and cheeses are sliced freshly as a sub is ordered and the vegetables appear fresh as well. I get a kick out of their east coast Italian attitude that is somehow friendly but emphasizes efficiency and frankness at the same time. The bottom line is that King Subs does what they do very well and at a price that’s hard to beat!

I finally got the chance to try King Subs and I can honestly say they are the new go to for sure! The bread was fresh and soft, the meats and veggies were fresh, and all around great place for subs. Even the tortilla soup they have is a new favorite!

Great sub and amazing service. Not very often a business tries to save the customer money but the gentleman working today did for me. I wanted to substitute pastrami for pepperoni on the Italian and it was a 2 dollar upcharge. He suggested the King with all the meats but just substitute from there and save myself some money instead of paying an upcharge. I will definitely drive the 40 minutes to come back and get fresh subs with fresh cut meat from them.

Found me a new sub place for lunch. I always get the King Sub. It comes with 7 meats and cheese. I get lettuce tomato pickles onions mayo mustard oil and pepper. The customer service is great. Everyone is always happy and friendly when I visit. I recommend checking them out.
