I’ve ate a lot of BBQ across the USA. King Ribs is definitely the #1 smoked ribs & chicken restaurant in Indy and would rank right up there nationally. Authentic atmosphere, the smoke smells just as good as the food tastes. Drive thru is great, roll the windows down and enjoy the smell. The people are great!

I didn’t get to go myself but I had it delivered. I ordered the chicken and rib tips combo. The chicken was on point!! Seasoned perfectly and still had some juiciness. The tips were delicious too. Some of them were hard like burnt ends but they still got ate. The Mac n cheese was top tier. I love a good baked Mac made the old school way. The potato salad could’ve been better. It had a grainy texture that day but I’ll try it again to see if it was just a bad day. I also had a slice of sweet potato pie cus duh. Why didn’t you order a slice?

For this year’s Christmas party, I decided to go barbecue for the staff. Being in speedway I love promoting other speedway businesses so this barbecue spot was the perfect location to get our meal for our party. Not only did the staff love the food. They also had enough to take home. This is a very busy location. One just has to be patient to get them on the phone. Even when picking up the food, there was a large crowd for lunch so I knew it was gonna be great but overall the food was on point and they even helped me carry it into the car. What service

OMG Their pulled pork is Delicious! & their servings are worth the $. Pricing is very fair! I’m not a big rib person, but my bf says they are to die for! Love their homemade BBQ sauce. I buy a quart & use it at home! It’s amazing! ❤️❤️❤️

Simple, no frills, REAL barbecue! It’s always a good sign when you can smell the smoker on your way inside. Stopped in here today for the first time while passing through the area. The ladies behind the counter were polite and friendly, and my food came out fairly quick. These rib tips were excellent, love their sweet mild sauce, and a nice smokey flavor to the meat! I’ll definitely be back sometime while passing through Indy.

I’ve been eating here since I can remember and THEY NEVER MISS ,, it’s unfortunate the Georgetown Road location closed down because I lived across the street from that location and used to order from there weekly…but I don’t mind driving the extra mile . It’s well worth it .
I’ve met most of the family members over the years && they’re all cool and down-to-earth individuals . I highly recommend EVERYBODY eat here at least once in your life…because you can’t say you’re from THE NAP if you’ve never had King Ribs . That’s like saying you’re from here but never ate a donut from Long’s Bakery . The large rib tips with mixed sauce is my ultimate go-to and it will NEVER disappoint

I seriously can’t tell you how much I missed having this place just down the street from where I worked.
The rib tips are so good and you can taste the smoked flavor and the bark is amazing and so juicy on the inside. I like it with the sauce on but my other half likes it with the sauce on the side to get more of the smoked flavor.
Baked beans are great. They have peppers in them and it gives them a unique goodness.
The macaroni and cheese is baked. You can tell it’s legit and not from a box. (drool)
The have greens on the weekends which is one of my favorite things because I’m the only one that eats them and it comes with little cornbread muffins.
We live far away so I had to get some sauce to-go! They even mix the hot and mild for you!! Come on how awesome is that!
Although, it can’t go unsaid that the staff is AWESOME and so friendly and personable!!

Great place for barbecue ribs. I went here for lunch and they were not busy. I ordered the rib dinner special and it was great. The ribs were cooked perfectly, and very flavorful. The potato salad and mac and cheese were also great.
