Food was Completely flavorless, and dry, and raw in the middle of the chicken, should’ve known when i was the only costumer at the time in a busy hour, while the workers just sat there almost sleeping watching tv. So I came into the restaurant around 8:42 pm. From the outside I couldn’t tell if it was open or not. I get inside the place is completely empty. The decor is all black. I order a quarter chicken, potatoe salad and beans with rice.
The chicken came out completely dry. I taste no favor. The skin on the chicken was hard as rubber. The sides were plain and no real flavor. I’m not coming back here again. Not worth $13.99

I ordered from ubereats the shrimp burrito. Instead I received a huge shrimp burrito bowl. Nevertheless it was very good. It came the way it looks in the picture. I can’t speak on the restaurant or the customer service. I have not actually visited in person. I’ve ordered twice and the food quality is still good. I recommend this restaurant.

The chicken is incredible. I ordered delivery from this place three times in a row. Instead of fried (which they have) I ordered the half-chicken. It was juicy and flavorful, with or without the skin. Their fries leave something to be desired, but the salad, especially at lunch time, is fresh and savory. And they put something in it that mskes it not need dressing.
Not to mention, it’s enough food for two and a half meals- heats up quite well too.
Add $2 to your order if you like plantsins. Whether you get it with the meal or on the side, you arent getting four slices like at some spots. They fry you at least one big plsntsin or two small ones. Sometimes they are too ripe, or cooked in too much oil but this might be a cultural difference thing rather than a quality thing.
Try the green sauce with your chicken for an extra kick of spice.

This place used to be great, but after the change in ownership, the vibe is just super weird. Super dark with gross looking tables. We just wanted burritos. When we walked in, the place was empty with the owner hanging over our shoulder. He told us that “they have everything”. We just wanted burritos, so we ordered burritos. He fried up a tortilla in a bowl shape, and we then had to specify that we wanted our burritos “wrapped” (because for some reason that’s no longer the default?) and that we don’t want a bowl. He just shook his head “no”, so we left without food. Just a super weird vibe and a super weird guy, there are better places to spend time and money.

I will NEVER patronize this place again! I encourage others to do the same. False price advertisement. Extremely dismissive to English only speaking customers. I ordered the Pescado Frito which was advertised on the overhead menu for $15.99. The item was rung up for $16.99. When I brought it to th gentleman’s attention he was very dismissive and would not address my concerns. I told him that they could not advertise an item for one price then charge customers something else. He told me to take it up with the owner. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. NO RESPECT NO BUSINESS!!!!

This is the 4x that they don’t have fried plantains or Yuca…I called couple of times and nobody answered the phone …The place is empty so there is no reason for them not to pick up the phone..I don’t recommend it at all..

This restaurant has become the worst it has ever been. I’ve visited through multiple ownership changes, and it has never been as bad as it is now. Since turning into a bar/restaurant, the quality of the food has plummeted. It used to be a family-friendly place, but now it’s not. I even saw a family get thrown out in the middle of the day, which is unbelievable. If you want a good meal and a pleasant experience, go elsewhere.
