We’ve gone down the line on his menu. My daughters will not eat store bought chips at all anymore because the ribbon fries are so fresh and so tasty. The brownie, the caramel castle, and the regular funnel cakes are so good. I had the fried Oreos for the first time in my life and I was really amazed at how light and airy they were. When you add in the ice cream it’s so rich and creamy. We’ve also had the corn dog, sausage on a stick, and fresh cut french fries all really good quality. You can’t do wrong with anything is what I’m saying basically.

This is one of those rare places that’s really good but didn’t have a line that took forever.
This place has my favorite hot dog, hands down. The corn dog uses the same beef frank and is deep fried on the spot. It’s also really good.
The deep fried Oreos with ice cream are amazing. The ice cream in particular is really good on its own, and it’s a shame I can’t buy the ice cream on its own for triple the yum.
The chili cheese fries are good. I’m not a huge fan of the chili con carne they use, but I definitely want to get some cheese fries the next time I visit.
The service was as fast as it can be for deep frying food right as you order it, and the folks were really friendly. I’m definitely coming back, and I’ll be dreaming about that hot dog!

Best local place for all of your carnival favorites! The funnel cakes are just as perfect as I remember them being as a kid. Please be courteous and expect a small wait time as these items are all made freshly.

I was on my lunch break at work and I was having a horrible day , come to find out I didn’t have a fork to eat my heated up lunch with. I walked over to this food truck thinking they would be gracious enough to give one single plastic fork away but refused to give me one, saying I must buy something. is business that bad that you can’t help someone and give away a PLASTIC fork? rude

The Carmel Castle is literally the best funnel cake I have ever eaten. It’s perfectly cooked. The owner is incredibly nice and really knows how to make a good product. Will be coming back!!

Funnel cake and fried Oreos where straight up DISGUSTING! The after taste was bad it tasted nothing but old oil. My family and I did not like it at all. Went back and told them and didn’t offer nothing in return. Wasted my money and was not worth it all. Do not recommend at all! Not even a 1 star.

The nicest guy with the greatest snacks! I wish I had a pic of my food bc it looked so yummy but we ate it too fast! I stumbled across this place by accident and now I’m upset I didn’t find it sooner. He told me the turkey leg was “fall off the bone” and he wasn’t lying. Next time I’m for sure trying the frito pie bc he said they make their own chili and I’m VERY interested
