So, this isn’t a five-star restaurant — but it’s absolutely one of those hidden gems where the food is so good, you don’t care about anything else. You know those spots where you just know there might be a couple of health code violations waiting to happen, but the food is so you forgive it instantly? Yeah, this is that place.
My wife and I had been traveling for three days straight, exhausted and starving, and we needed something close, hearty, and delicious. I’m not sure I’ve ever had a gyro with rice, beans, and potatoes, but you know what? We were hungry and it hit. Hard.
We also ordered a steak, and I’ve never seen a Greek salad with rice and steak, but once again… it hit hard! The flavor, the portions, and the price total win.
It honestly tasted like a home-cooked meal after a long day, the kind that somehow reminds you of leftovers made with love.
I live ten states away, but if I’m ever back in town we’re coming here again. Forget the chains Kong for life!

My burger was tasteless and the price has gone way up! Overpriced I remember when King Kong had the best burgers and fries. The only thing they have left is the seasoning they put on the fries!

I got the gyro salad. I had eaten most of it when I found a long dark hair in it. It’s not mone because my hair is light brown & curly. I will NEVER eat here again.

I ordered door dash and 49 dollars later I had a steak salad that was over cooked and not dressing. Then I called and no one spoke English and didn’t care. Clearly the owner doesn’t care about his food or his customers.

The food was hot and tasty, and you get a lot for the price. Service was quick too. Update 1 yr later. The double kong fries and a drink $27!the double Kong has a nice grill flavor and a significant amount of beef, but not $27 dollars worth.

First time experience was terrible. I ordered a King Kong special, the burger was cold, I asked for no cheese but it had cheese on it any way. $17.06. After eating here I got so so sick. We had to stop and I threw up everywhere. I think I got food poisoning.

We used to always get the steak because there was a special but they did raise the prices recently. It’s still a decent deal but before it was really amazing.
The burgers can be massive and it’s really a great Instagram/impress your friends with the incredulous amount you can eat.

Always Lost
This food is way way way overpriced. $17 for a double cheeseburger? The condiments are runny like water. And it’s basically store bought bland food just reheated relying on the watery condiments to make the flavor and it fails miserabley. I will not be back. These prices are ridiculous for such bland food. I will never try this place again. What a waste of money.

Fast and fresh cooked food.
Friendly staff.
Ordered a side salad and side of fries along with their Sunday steak special (forgot to take a pic). Generous portions! The steak filled over half the plate.
Would highly recommend. If you want ‘cheap’ food, go to a fast food processed cesspool. If you want fresh cooked (at least what we ordered), then King Kong is the place.
