We just ordered for pickup and spent $41.98, only to not get our food. My partner kept being asked for a confirmation number. He showed the email that confirmed our order, and they still wouldn’t give him our food. After like 10-15 minutes of arguing in circles with them about getting our damn food, they still didn’t give it to us. We just left without it. To hell with this place. I’ll just look up how to make fried rice at home. This nonsense isn’t worth the hassle. And we’ll be disputing the charge. They don’t get to keep money for crappy behavior. Avoid this place.

This place is a scam. I ordered seafood delight and paid extra for EXTRA SHRIMP i also paid extra for shrimp fried rice for my husband who is away working and I wanted him to have a good meal. The delivery person never even knocked on his door. They just dropped the food on the ground and left. When I texted they didn’t answer. My husband opened his door to look around and there was the food on the ground. When he opened it there was only 4 shrimp in the SEAFOOD delight NO EXTRA SHRIMP no other seafood except some fake crab… and the SHRIMP fried rice only had 2 tiny shrimp in the entire container. I called they said OH YOU CAN COME AND WE GIVE YOU MORE SHRIMP AND RICE… WOULD NOT GIVE A REFUND OF THE EXTRA $$$$ I PAID FOR EXTRA SHRIMP. NO FORK NO SOY SAUCE NO FORTUNE COOKIE. WHAT CHINESE RESTAURANT DOESN’T GIVE SOY AND FORTUNE COOKIE. HORRIBLE FOOD, A TOTAL RIP OFF

This place is nasty they took forever and there where roaches in the back. I was very disappointed they gave me and my brother a spring roll that had a little bit of lettuce in it and they gave me ribs that were old and crusty and were expired even the guy was rubbing his nose and then used it to make sesame chicken with his dirty fingers and they where rude and called me a man. Door dashed General Tsos shrimp, white rice, and 2 Shrimp Eggrolls. The rice was fine, Eggrolls tasted like they were fried in old oil and it was definitely general tsos but not a shrimp in site they gave me general Taos chicken. Would that normally be a huge deal no however I only eat seafood from Chinese restaurants so the whole thing went to waste and I had nothing to eat at work for 16 hours. My total was 35.66 to DoorDash 1.1 miles away

I ordered some of the sugar donuts yesterday. They tasted not edible. They were salty, which was weird and we ended up throwing them away. I also placed an order for some egg rolls that weren’t even made freshly upon my order. The egg rolls were soggy and I’m not quite sure what was inside, but I didn’t take my chances
The ambience or lack there of at this restaurant is silly. You cannot sit down at a table because they are sectioned off. Nor is there a restroom available. With so many other better options in town for Chinese food I am honestly surprised this place remains in business.

Never been so disgusted with how I was treated as a customer. I intentionally placed an online pick up order for lunch simply because it’s convenient in proximity to where I work, and they wouldn’t answer the phone after calling several times to place an order. Not to mention, they never have more than 3 to 5 customers in the store at one given time when I have been there, so the lack of promptness genuinely makes no sense to me.
I truly love the food that this restaurant offers, but this bad service, the fighting right in front of you, and the lack of sanitation is enough to drive anyone away there is no sanitation rating present, the woman touches food with the same glove that she uses to prepare the food. It’s great food, but it comes with significant cost that outweigh the benefits look elsewhere.

1 star. Have not really had a big problem with the food or service till today (Oct. 29, 2023). The food is generally okay for takeout and the service, though not friendly, has not been rude. The lady at the cashier was really rude. The card machine here is really slow. It took like 5 minutes for my card to process. About halfway through I offered to pay in cash to speed things up but the lady just brushed me off. The whole time the lady was yelling in Mandarin to the guy making the food. It was really off putting.
The food was heavily salted and made me feel sick. Stick to the location on Wards but don’t go here.
