I ordered from doordash today, giving them a second chance. Although the food was hot and fresh little to no taste. I ordered crab rangoon. They sent no hot mustard and absolutely no sweet-and-sour sauce. I gave him a second chance, and now I am done. It’s very disappointing if you want good chinese food, go to china jade on brook park in parma. Skip this dump.

King Fong doesn’t miss. Every single time. They just dropped off food and included a hand written Christmas card and a scroll and a free bottle of Coca Cola. The food is perfect and hot and the driver that dropped off the food was very nice. Will always be back!

I’ve never been disappointed until today. I order the appetizer chicken teriyaki..(app-meaning -ON THE STICK) BUT I received the meal with rice. When I called hoping to correct my order because I can not eat what they sent I was told that I ordered wrong because I didn’t say on the stick. (?) I clearly said appetizer..since when does an appetizer come with rice? I would have ate it if it tastes good but this I can not eat. So bummed. I don’t get to order out too often so I guess I just don’t eat tonight because she refused to even exchange it claiming they were very busy.. SINCE WHEN DOES AN APP COME IN A CARTON WITH A LOT OF RICE?

I love their food, you have to be super specific how u want your food cooked as in if u want your chicken cooked soft, or want extra oil in the rice so it isn’t dry, especially if you want your egg foo young cooked soft or hard!!! Customer service is great, I’ve never had an issue and they are really nice people. Once they waited for me and I ordered at 9:50pm. I arrived at 10:05 and they were in the dining room waiting ro leave but didn’t give me any grief. The food is the best right b4 closing
