Delicious food with friendly waitstaff! Food arrives quickly and is higher quality than most takeout Chinese places. The white and brown rice have individual soft and chewy grains while the crab Rangoon and fried wontons are filled nicely with a golden crisp shell. My favorite is their take on Sesame Chicken. Instead of a fried coated chicken piece, these are sliced meats cooked in a sweet lightly garlic sesame sauce and served with steamed broccoli.

Other than the inattentive server, way way outdated decor, the food was exceptional. The menu was somewhat overwhelming however, I reviewed it prior to going to make it less daunting. Walked right in and was seated immediately. It was like walking into a time capsule….shotty repairs, taped booth seats. I had not dined here in more than 40 years and it has changed one bit.

I’ve only gone once, so I don’t have a huge sample size. That said, the food was, by and large, great. I had a pork dish that was labeled hot, and it had a good amount of spice to it. A chicken dish tasted good, too. The vegetables in both dishes were crisp and tasted fresh. My egg rolls were just okay, but I can live with that. It was great Americanized takeout Chinese food. The staff was friendly, and I appreciated being able to order takeout online on their website. It made things easy. I’ll probably go again, but it won’t be on my regular rotation because of the price. The egg rolls were outrageously priced, especially for what I got. I won’t order those again. The dishes were well sized, but they cost almost double what other restaurants charge. There was far more good than bad. If not for the price, it’d become my regular place.

Food was decent, but prices do not match the menu that they give you (by far!). It was very expensive. $10 for 6 crab Rangoon. We got an order of General Tso and an order of Mongolian beef plus crab Rangoon. No drinks. It was $50. Otherwise, I like the decor and the server was very nice and attentive.

This restaurant is really good, I’ve been here many times, the price is slightly more expensive, but I think it’s worth it because they are using quality goods. I recommend everyone to come and taste, my top choice!

A 20 year happy customer. Tonight Feb. 28, 2023, I was stunned. Crab Rangoon tasted rancid, almost threw up and the white chicken entree was tasteless and the added black mushrooms were just rubber. (Egg drop soup was fine.) I called restaurant to report the awful Rangoon … I am seriously concerned it’s tainted and I wanted to alert them to taste themselves. What has happened? New management and chefs?! The Rangoon was so bad, as an RN I’m thinking to report to appropriate authority.

I love King Doh! I’ve dined in and also had food delivered several times. Always fresh, always delicious; it’s my all-time favorite Chinese food. Today particularly we had a large delivery with several orders – everything was correct, packaged nicely/cleanly and came hot and fresh. Staff is helpful & friendly. Their Crab Rangoon, boneless hot braised chicken and hot & sour soup are must-haves. Highly recommend!
