I went with my husband this Saturday and we really enjoyed our experience! The food was fantastic – we both ordered the combo with lobster, crab and shrimp. We picked the garlic butter sauce and everything was so delicious!!! The hush puppies were good too. Service was great, the ladies helping us were very sweet and welcoming. Facility was intimate and cute. I’ll definitely be back. This would be fun with a group of friends!

OMG best little place in carol steam, I’m here Sunday night no one is here and I am wondering why, I had a drink called sunshine, it’s pineapple, orange, strawberry juices is delicious. I had crab legs, corn, potato, eggs, salad came with meal, the dressing on salad was very different but soft and delicate, the crab was very clean, sweet and plenty. ordered the cajin house, mild still had a kick of spice but perfect.
If I could give this place a 10 star it would get an 11. Fabulous delightful very quiet, server’s was not a pest, but cleaned up right away. I still don’t know why it’s not packed. This is a must go to if your in carol stream Illinois

Lovely little restaurant! The waitress was very sweet, knowledgeable and attentive. The food was fantastic and very plentiful! We were celebrating our anniversary and they brought us a piece of cheesecake! Highly recommend! What a gem of a seafood place, with really great prices!

A seafood boil place that’s only 10 minutes away- thank goodness. It was pretty quiet when I went for early dinner on a weekday -the hostess was sweet and attentive. Menu is pretty straightforward. I made my own boil with shrimp, mussels, corn, potatoes and hardboiled eggs – with the 3 sauce special. I asked for hot and while there was a kick, it could’ve been spicier. The pics I took may look like my bag was lacking sauce but it wasn’t, it was just lighter than what I’m used to seeing. I think there was too much garlic lemon which effected the spice – but anyway, yeah there was enough sauce that coated everything and more so to dip the mussels and shrimp. Both were cooked well and mussels in particular were plump, not sickly. I’d like to visit again, maybe through on a Lobster tail.

Staff and owner are very friendly. Their boilings special sauce tastes so good!!!! Surprised by how affordable the menu is, their food is so good compared to other seafood boilings ive tried here in IL. Love it. Definitely worth it.

I had a great experience eating here. The restaurant was small and it was pretty empty too but don’t let that stop you from going in. The seafood tasted great and the seasoning and sauce was amazing.

My wife and are are super happy to have a five star crab stop in our backyard. The food is so delicious. I don’t recall ever tasting a sauce quite as unique as the spicy Cajun. Buttery, kick of spice, perfect with all of the seafood options. Extremely friendly staff with a caring, hands on owner. Highly recommend!

I regret to say that my recent visit to King Crab was thoroughly disappointing. The level of customer service was abysmal, to say the least. Despite requesting water for the table, we were informed by the server that they were “going to run out of cups,” which is simply unacceptable. Additionally, our order for fries and lemonades never arrived, despite multiple reminders to the server. The few pieces of calamari we did receive were vastly overpriced for the portion size. To add insult to injury, we were still charged for these items that were never served. Overall, the experience left a sour taste in my mouth, and I would caution others against dining here until they improve their service standards. To add to the litany of disappointments, the server even had the audacity to double-check if we had left a tip, as if the subpar service warranted any gratuity. This blatant disregard for customer satisfaction only compounded our dissatisfaction with the entire experience. It’s evident that King Crab has serious issues to address in terms of both service and professionalism. Save yourself the frustration and dine elsewhere until they can get their act together.
