I stopped by King Crab House and tried the fried catfish basket while my girlfriend had the snow crab. The catfish was fried perfectly, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside with a nice seasoning that wasn’t overpowering. The snow crab was fresh, flavorful, and easy to crack into with plenty of meat in the legs. The portions were generous, everything came out hot and well-prepared, and the price was very reasonable. Service was friendly and attentive, which made the experience even better. Definitely a great spot if you’re craving seafood, we’ll be coming back for sure!

NEW REVIEW: ordered again, did delivery, they gave me 2 out of 5 entries, I called them they said take it up with Grubhub, cool whatever. So I still wanted my food so I REORDER out of my own money, then they send the WRONG items and then when I call they told me they ran out of what I wanted so they gave me what they had…… I said no you’re supposed to cancel the order not just replace it with whatever you want… they said it’s “if possible” but it wasn’t possible so we gave you what we had. Needless to say I won’t be ordering from them again 0/10 experience.

The fried rice is 10/10!!
The snow crab was not cleaned at all and had a ton of barnacles and things stuck onto the shells, also had the black gill things all over the knuckle part so yea definitely won’t be having their seafood again but the veggie fried rice I’ll be back for!
Wings were also delicious, I got garlic lemon pepper, lots of seasoning and garlic so I was veryyyyy happy with those!!
If they would just clean the crab better there would be no negatives here!

We had a great lunch at King Crab House! Portions were very generous, staff was kind and attentive. Fried catfish basket was delicious, fried shrimp basket was wonderful! Shrimp fried rice was yummy and the large platter for 2 people was ENORMOUS! So much food, all very yummy. Shrimp scampi was wonderful as well.
This place is a MUST when comparing to the larger chains of seafood. Can’t wait to return!

My husband requested seafood for his birthday dinner today. I found The King Crab House which had good reviews. I am pleased to say we had a wonderful experience. Our waiter, Vincent,

Bouillabaisse on the menu caught my eye, since it is almost impossible to find in DFW. It was delicious, but not a traditional Bouillabaisse, which has a white wine and saffron based broth. This is actually a Cioppino, with a spicey tomato broth, and as good as any I’ve had. Loaded with seafood and under $20.

Our service was awesome! Nice clean atmosphere. Everyone is super friendly and had our refills ready. I bought the friend shrimp basket for our appetizer, which came with 5 and served on a basket of fries and 2 hush puppies , all of which was super fresh and delicious and flavorful! We also had a small family serving and everything was delicious. Our flavor was lemon pepper not spicy since our kiddos ate as well. We are a family of 5, and it filled us up. Definitely recommend!

The food is absolutely disgusting. The crawfish is frozen. The shrimp is overcooked. The eggs are overcooked. The service is absolutely terrible. I came on Valentine’s Day and there were multiple tables opened, but I had to wait an hour. There were still multiple tables open when I left the establishment just zero out of 10. Do better. 1st time here. We discovered this place just driving by. Reviews were pretty good so we gave it a try. We were seated right away. Staff wad friendly, place was clean, vibe was good, it was 3 pm so it wasn’t real busy. We ordered drinks then ordered raw oysters for starters. They were not impressive, small, very fishy for oysters. We then ordered the pound of crab legs boil and a catfish basket. That was delicious, perfectly cooked and seasoned. We also got the catfish basket. Good stuff. The boil was also perfectly seasoned. My wife like this place, we will probably return. I would recommend this place for sure.
