I was literally driving to a different place for food and turned around to try this place. I’ve driven by it a lot and the bright Chicken and Pizza signswere enticing. I ended up getting a fish sandwich combo. It was a good price and came with a large portion of fries and a soda. I was impressed when I opened my box and saw the monster sandwich! I am saving the rest for another day… this is 2 meals at least. I appreciated the order taker very courteously handing me the order and thanking me for my business. It’s a very nice food place in a not so nice area. I will be back to try other offerings here.

King Combo is hands down one of the best restaurants in Kansas City. Back when I lived there, it stood out in the neighborhood—bright lights, clean setup, and welcoming vibes that made the area look even better. They stay open late, which is perfect if you’re craving a good meal at night, and their service is quick.
I’m very picky about restaurants since I’ve worked in the food industry for eight years and know what to look for when it comes to ingredients, cleanliness, and quality. King Combo always impressed me with fresh food, clean preparation, and most importantly, halal meat. That alone sets them apart.
I recently visited Kansas City again in August 2025, and of course, I ordered dinner from King Combo. The food was just as amazing as I remembered. I really hope they keep up this level of quality and never let it drop like so many other places.

Overall experience was decent.
It would be nice to have an option to add extras (ex:bacon) on your cheese fries for additional cost of course(or not. Haha).. For some reason we weren’t able to BUT was able to add extra on the Bacon Cheeseburger(wh/ was added into fries.)
-Dbl Bacon Cheeseburger was good. Bacon was overcooked tho.
-6pc wing meal was great. Crispy on the outside and juicy in the inside
-Cheese fries wasn’t it.
-Carrot Cake was delicious! Definitely coming back for that. Haha

I was blown away by the size of the portions here! I ordered the lamb over rice and a side of wings, and honestly, it could’ve fed two people. The meat was seasoned perfectly, and the sauces tied everything together. Friendly staff too definitely coming back.

I ordered King Combo through Door Dash one night, and I was not disappointed! My taste buds were a bit all over the place that night, so I ordered the lamb over rice, and cheese fries. The lamb was delicious, but it did have that kind of imitation taste to it. Would definitely try again!
