We when there 2 weeks ago food was good but the waitresses had an attitude about my 1 year old boy got some food on the floor and we tried to pick it and waitress told my wife just take him away. Will we when back today and the same waitress came up to the table and had a very loud hateful tone and said you had to much food/plates last time and made a mess in the floor that if it happens again we can come back and to add she said that in front of a lot of people so we just left. It was bad enough the lady and her kids that was setting beside use said she was being really rude and left as well.

The food was good. The price was decent. The reviews are true about the server not refilling drinks, but if you ask her when she walks by she will refill it with a smile. My husband just let her know ahead of time that he drinks a lot and drinks fast. So she checked his specific drink over and over throughout the meal.
Anywho, I did find it odd that only half the buffets were set up for dinner, you could see their overstock boxes, and we used foam plates/plastic forks..paying $16/meal..
The place definitely needs some updating/ maintainance done. It was clean..
The food was decent. They had a few good dishes, but no sushi, no hibachi, no ice cream, no steak or crab..lots of different kinds of shrimp though. I would go back again.

Food is ok depending on the time of day it is, sometimes it is good and fresh others it is not worth it…they definitely have cleaned up for a few years it was not very clean in there at all ..but before the pandemic they were better….the atmosphere is ok depending on if you are sitting close to a bunch of random people…the service could be a whole lot better…one of the owners are constantly talking in a mean ish tone to their self all of the time and makes you feel uncomfortable sometimes, not friendly at all…which I can deal with, but when I’m spending my money somewhere I expect better service not waiting 20 minutes for a water when there are only 10 people in the restaurant….if you want great food and great service locally, wah weng has small selection but better service

Oh wow where do I start? Soon as we walk in the door she very rudely ask us what we wanted to drink. So we kinda ignore her tone and got our food. Soon as we sit down to eat our waitress stood within 15ft away and stare at us the whole entire time without taking her eyes off us. We thought she might have a few medical issues and ignore feeling very uncomfortable as we try to eat. so we went back for dessert. Soon as we sit down with our dessert she brings our receipt like we should be done and two women stood at the same spot and stare at us the whole time until we finally got up to leave. Before we got out of our booth they both ran and started grabbing plates. We will never eat there again and yes I left 0.00 tip. Worst service we have ever had and that’s not to mention that I usually eat everything I add to my plate because I don’t like to waste food and most of their food taste so weirdly off that I could not make myself eat it. On the way out I seen a sign that they don’t want you to leave food on your plate, I kinda see why.

We thought this was a sister restaurant to the one in Middlesboro, but it doesn’t even come close to comparing. Much of the food is undercooked if not raw, and the cleanliness is outrageous. If this isn’t bad enough, the staff is rude and abrupt, and gives you a feeling of hostility. Even exercising are right and Duty as Google guides, they exhibited animosity in US carrying out our review process which was done professionally and discreetly. Do not recommend eating here, but encourage other guys to review them as well to tell the true story of how they’re delivering to the customer.

A generally nice, though overpriced buffet on the modest end of what could be considered a large buffet.
Most of the food was fresh and delicious; some offerings were oversalted and some, such as the sweet and sour chicken, were completely dry and chewy. This restaurant prefers a thicker wrapper for things like crab rangoon, making them chewy and tending to retain oil. Now, with negatives aside, I would like to point out that they did offer a wide range of delicious food, my favorite and the most noteworthy being the black pepper chicken which is the best that I know of in the area. They also offer regional favorites such as cheesy baked broccoli as well as cabbage and bacon. Overall, I give 4 stars for food considering the overall freshness, variety, and quality.
The service was completely average; the servers make no effort to give the impression that this is anything but a tedious job for them and my drink was never refilled despite neighboring tables being serviced. Additionally, guests are clustered next to one another notwithstanding there being more vacant tables than occupied. Overall, two or three stars are warranted for this. I, tending to be overly forgiving, give three.
The atmosphere was pleasant, clean, and quiet. I give five stars.
The dinner buffet cost $13.50 per person. I found this excessive, the food being the primary reason for that conclusion. Secondarily, I would just mention that not 2 years ago, in an area with a higher cost of living, dinner buffets offering considerably more were just shy of $10 per person. However, I do not factor price into my rating, as a general rule. All in all, it was a decent 4-star buffet which we enjoyed.

Food is good – depending on what you get. The service is terrible. They are incredibly rude. They will stare at you the entire time you are eating. Rude today especially as she slammed our ticket down on the table and proceeded to literally bump into me being very loud and rude as we were leaving. Felt very uncomfortable and confused as to what her problem with us was.

Awful. The food was nasty and not fresh. The people was very rude! Probably the worst attitude I’ve ever seen! Place was nasty and they was too cheap to even have silver ware. We used plastic.

Mom and I used to come here often, but it gets rather uncomfortable when the workers stands around and stare while eating. Plus while eating they will put condiments shakers back in tray or etc while hovering over your drink and meal. I personally don’t like where their clothing is touching my straw and they should wait until the people are finished eating or have left before taking their plates or putting items on table back in their place. I am assuming they were having an off day as the foods on buffet bar was cold. I wish they would bring back the rest of the foods they had before covid, but why wish when it will probably be awhile before coming back.

Very good Chinese Buffet with lots to choose from. You can also pick from the fresh bar with meats and veggies and they will cook it for you as you watch.
