I’m so happy King’s Baguette opened in Ramsey. We’ve been needing a Vietnamese restaurant in the area, and this one is a fantastic addition! I’ve visited three times since they first opened, and I think they’ve been working through some early minor bugs. It’s understandable as it’s always been very busy. However, each time things have improved, and the experience keeps getting better.

I Just stopped in again and really enjoyed the Pho. It was rich, flavorful, and perfect for the season. The spring rolls were also delicious: fresh, crisp, and packed with flavor.

If you’re in Ramsey and craving Vietnamese cuisine, King’s Baguette is definitely worth a visit. Looking forward to coming back again soon!

Would you like help posting it or tweaking the tone to be more casual or enthusiastic?

We got the Pho special. Clean and clear beef broth. Nice amount of meat. Light on the aromatic side. Other food options are available as well as boba teas. I take one star off because of the cons below.

Pros: They offer dine in as wells as take out. During our visit. We see more take out than dine in. Plenty of parking. Clean atmosphere.

Cons: If you are dining in. They don’t offer free water or napkins if you are dining in like other restaurants do. Make sure to ask for napkins or a small water. Otherwise you do have the option to purchase bottles water, bottle juice and other beverages.

I was working around this area and stumbled upon this restaurant.
I went in for lunch and maybe they had 3 tables occupied and I was greeted and sat quickly.
I ordered a combination pho and order of spring rolls.
Pho 3.5 / 5 : I determine pho by the flavor of the broth and texture of the noodles. Beef broth was little too sweet for my taste but noodles were cooked to my liking. Just wish they added little more protein to the soup, but if you’re craving a pho this location can fulfill your craving.
Spring rolls 3.5 / 5 : I judge them by freshness and flavor, usually you only taste the shrimp and strip of cooked pork, spring rolls were fresh but taste like any other spring rolls you will get in pho restaurants, other locations offer charbroiled pork and it does bring out more flavor to spring rolls.
If Im in the area and crave some pho, I would definitely visit this place.

Happy to have a new place for banh mi nearby! I ordered my food to go and, while it seems they do have some kinks to work out, everything was correct with my order. The spring rolls I ordered didn’t come out with my sandwiches, so I asked and there was a bunch of back and forth to get them… And then they came out for dining in… They took them back and packaged to go. It’s obvious they’re working to fine tune and smooth things out between front and back of house. I will be back to try again and to try the pho.

One tip/note: I’d love of the veggies could be slightly more pickled, they didn’t really pack that punch I love in a bahn mi.
The meat inside the sandwich was super flavorful and the bread was delicious! The spring rolls (shrimp) were also great and dipping sauce was perfect! Cant wait to go back!

My husband brought our little family here. The service was good and the workers were nice. The food was on point. We ordered 2 bowls of beef special for us adults, and one meat ball pho for my oldest. The broth of the pho was not oily or water down. The broth had enough herbs, sweet, and delicious. I didnt have to but alot of seasoning or sauce in my pho. Noodles weren’t soggy or hard, they were good but not enough. The pho bowls were little so not enough meat in it either. We also ordered 4 beef and shrimp spring rolls. The spring rolls had a lot of herbs in it. I don’t mind it but the kids didn’t like it. We got cheese wonton (6) and egg rolls (4) for my little ones. Now I cant say much but they finished them both. So that must say they were really good. The only part I was disappointed in was that they didn’t have any real metal forks, they had the pho spoon and chopsticks. It was hard to eat my pho with a plastic flimsy fork. We also got the kids boba tea milk drink. The teas weren’t too sweet or water down, and the boba were nice and soft. Other then that the food was good. Next time imma have to bring my own silverware to eat here.

Been there 3 times so far. Seems like they’re still dailing things in with service/timing of food. Slight improvement each time though.

I’ve tried the 3 Bahn mi, cold cut, chicken and pork. For the price though there should be more meat. Initially the cold cut had more meat but the last time I went it was basically one meat slice and all pickle veg.

The Bahn mi is good and flavorful. I don’t mind paying more for sandwiches but the portion should match the price. I can’t justify paying $12 though. I likely won’t go back unless I’m REALLY craving Bahn mi and don’t want to goto the cities.

King Baguette is a true gem for anyone who loves authentic Vietnamese food served with care and quality. From the moment you walk in, the staff greets you with friendly smiles and warm hospitality that make you feel instantly welcome. The dining area is bright, spotless, and thoughtfully designed — modern yet cozy, with a calm, inviting atmosphere that adds to the experience.
The fresh spring rolls with shrimp and pork were a fantastic way to start the meal. Each roll was generously filled with crisp vegetables, tender slices of pork, and juicy shrimp — fresh, vibrant, and delicious. The peanut sauce on the side was rich, nutty, and perfectly balanced, elevating each bite to something truly special.
Then came the banh mi, and it was absolutely spot-on perfection. The French baguette, baked in-house, was everything a great baguette should be — crisp and golden on the outside, soft and airy on the inside. It paired beautifully with the flavorful meats, pickled vegetables, and fresh herbs, creating a satisfying mix of textures and flavors in every bite.
To finish, the pho was simply outstanding. The broth was deeply flavorful, aromatic, and comforting — clearly made with care and patience. It came with fresh vegetables and herbs that added the perfect balance of freshness and crunch. Every spoonful was hearty and satisfying, easily making it a 10 out of 10.

The only disappointment of the meal was the fried egg rolls. While they were crispy and well-cooked, they were quite small for the price and, surprisingly, came with a sweet-and-sour sauce rather than the traditional Vietnamese dipping sauce (nuoc cham). The overly sweet flavor of the sauce didn’t quite complement the rolls as expected.
Overall, King Baguette is an excellent choice for high-quality Vietnamese food served with care and style. Despite the minor letdown with the egg rolls, everything else — from the spring rolls to the banh mi and pho — was outstanding. A must-visit for anyone craving authentic, flavorful Vietnamese fare.

We tried the grilled pork bahn mi and pork spring rolls. The flavors of the bahn mi were outstanding. The vermicelli noodles in the spring rolls were so tender and soft to eat. Great flavors all around. It’s busy because of being so new so expect wait time but we’ll definitely be returning to try other menu items!

Stopped by for a milk tea and to check the place out. The staff greeted me and pointed me to a screen I could order off of.

I paid $8.49 for a brown sugar tea with regular milk and tapicoa. The taste was nice, and the boba had a good texture. But there was an incredible amount of ice in the cup that made it hard to stir or get my straw down to the tasty balls. I’ll ask for less ice next time.

The layout is a little awkward – the place to pick up food has a table right in front of it so you have to choose between sitting at a table or standing in the middle. This might be less of an issue once the drive-thru is open

Overall a nice fast casual spot for Ramsey, adding much needed variety. I look forward to seeing this place really settle in and grow
