Full disclosure, I skipped lunch and finished my first old fashioned before the chicken arrived. I won’t claim the pickle fried chicken to be the best chicken ever made, but I will say it was the best chicken I’ve ever had. The food truck guys were awesome. Don’t skip the chicken.

The chicken is phenomenal. We’ve had it by itself and on the sandwiches and they are amazing. The absolute best buffalo chicken sandwich that I’ve ever had. And the fries were still crunchy even after getting the food home to Roseville!
I highly recommend the ribs, the fried chicken, and the chili. Best fried chicken and smoked meat in MN.

Wow. I got the Mother Clucker and it was amazing. This place does not skimp on the portion size or the taste. Crispy, savory, and delicious with just the riiiiiight amount of spice; if you haven’t eaten here, you’re missing out! The fries were amazing too. I ended up getting a creme brule because I was feeling fancy and I was not disappointed. I will definitely be taking my folks to this place when we’re finally able to get together again. Top notch.

Fantastic! Ordered online, picked it up at a food truck and didn’t realize they were partnered with Norseman Distillery which was cool.
