This club adds that little bit of release you need when on a vacation trip to hilton head island.
It’s very popular and fills up quickly.
The lighting outside is a bit dark so know where it is before dark or it can be tricky finding.
The welcoming is great, the staff was attentive and quick… but the food!..OMG
VERY creative and tasty.
The drinks were very well made and not lacking in any way.
The entertainment fee was automatically included in the bill so come with time to enjoy but I will say it too was worth the price.
We will be back and will probably bring friends next time.

An amazing birthday dinner for my visitor from Virginia. The extensive menu is fantastic, from appetizers like fried okra (we had two servings) to hamburger/ BBQ ribs, sweet potato fries, honey/jalapeño cornbread and onion rings, we were completely filled! We worked off the calories on the dance floor to the music of Target, in their 50th year of performing in this area. Make reservations.

Went to Kind of Blue in Hilton Head to see the live band and had a really nice time. It was super crowded, but I managed to snag a seat at the bar. The entertainment was truly top tier — great vibe and amazing energy.
The wings weren’t the best, but the drinks were just right. We had a French 75 and a premium Long Island Iced Tea, both mixed perfectly.
One thing I didn’t love is that they automatically add $10.88 per person to your tab to cover the entertainment, whether you ask for it or not. That was a bit much for me.
Overall, the music and atmosphere were great, but just be aware of the added charge. I may go back for the live entertainment.

Went here for the first time. We were celebrating our 31st wedding anniversary. We travel as much as we can with our pup, Spencer. They had outside seating which was great. Great live entertainment. Our server was Sarah, who was also the bartender. She was great! Our drinks were a Classic Margarita for hubby and a mocktail for me Mariah Carey. Delish. For dinner my husband had the wings and I had Shrimp and Chips which came with some delicious cole slaw. I would definitely recommend when visiting Hilton Head.

Had an amazing Birthday Dinner with dancing! Shon, who took excellent care of us, was so friendly and took great care of us! She was in full hustle but never lost her amazing smile! This family owned hot spot should be a “do not miss” when visiting Hilton Head! Food, service, and atmosphere were all at !! They have live music nightly and we had the treat of listening and dancing to “Target”! Their energy and sound was on point and clearly engaged the crowd that came to be with them! It was a never-before-had kind of fun! Our, per person, drinks and dinner are reflected below.

My mom celebrated her 60th birthday at Kind of Blue and she was very happy. The service was good. The food was great. She ordered the Ariana Grande plate and added grill shrimp on the side! Thanks for making sure my mom enjoyed her birthday dinner. Will have to return when we visit HHI again

This place was a real Gem!! Not knowing what to order, we ordered a lot of items & ate “family style”. The owner’s son is Stee, & was a runner-up on The Voice, was the live entertainment along with his sister & band mates. Their entire family is part of the business. With a real family vibe, we enjoyed jambalaya, gumbo, chicken wings & mac n cheese. The food was out of this world. The complimentary cornbread was reason enough to go back. The cocktails & service were both amazing, attentive & timely. We loved it so much we returned to get a gift card for our friends we stayed with in Hilton Head. I’m looking forward to going back on our next trip down.

We enjoyed a great meal and entertainment at Kind of Blue. When we arrived, we were only 1 of 2 couples for our 6:15 reservation. We were a bit apprehensive, but once our delicious drinks arrived at our table, we were quickly relieved by our choice to stay. It didn’t take long and the house filled with others.
I ordered the BBQ ribs and they were prepared perfectly, super tender and not dry at all. Likely some of the best I have had. My husband ordered the blackened pork loin and it was the juiciest pork he has had in a long while. The sides were also delicious.
The band sounded great and was very entertaining, both on and off the stage.
The only suggestion we have would be to have a bouncer or security present during the entertainment for those who are having too good of time and decide to make a scene. Luckily, there were others at the bar who helped distract the unruly patron until she was finally escorted out. It added for extra entertainment, but it was uncomfortable to watch.
All in all, we enjoyed our evening. If we are ever in the area again, we will definitely stop in again.

Nice sound. Average service . It was 55 degrees and they left the windows open. I asked the bartender if she would close they. She said someone may sit outside. NO ONE DID ALL NIGHT!

Amazing food, and a great atmosphere. Service slowed down a little during the amazing performances but it’s worth it and understood.
Atmosphere is very inclusive for everyone of all ages, and color.
Had the 14oz rib eye which was cooked perfectly but it seemed a little small, could not verify cause I did not have my scale on me but I would approximate 10oz.
