We arrived on a Saturday for brunch. First thing that stood out was the restaurant was freezing. It’s 40 degrees outside and all the air vents in the restaurant was blowing strong cold air. Everyone in the place had coats on. The place was dirty. They were out of multiple things on the menu which was fine but when we did get the food itself it was very lackluster. It was cheap so that was a plus but every meal our family got had had zero flavor. It was quite disgusting. Two of us couldn’t even eat our food. The pancakes were burned on one side and very dense even hard to cut. Another member of our party got lunch. The sub had zero flavor at all and the French fries were just the cheap ones from GFS that were soggy. Even the ranch was terrible which I don’t know how you mess up ranch dressing but it was all watery. The service left a lot to be desired as well. The older woman was nice but incredibly slow despite there only being 2 other tables in the whole place. She just wanted to stand around. Didn’t ask how our food was and didn’t seem like she cared to even be there. She never asked how our food was. We had to go up to the counter to get a box and a bill as well as anything else we needed. Very disappointing experience especially when we like to support local. I’d give zero stars if I could.

My husband and I love Kim’s. She has a great menu selection, and the price is so reasonable. The service and the food are terrific. It’s a must go to place if you’re in the area. Well worth it.

Service was lousy and we were often forgotten. Food was good. But it is definitely a crowded place. I got the roast beef sandwich but it was way too much gravy. Bread was all soggy so if you order one ask for it to be toasted bread
