At first glance, you would have some serious doubts about ordering here. The outside is rough looking, and the inside is very simple but just as rough. As another reviewer mentioned, it’s freezing inside. Due to covid the counter area, is a makeshift plexiglass ordering window. It’s hard to understand what is being said from both parties, because the sound system (microphone) is terrible.
This is a cash only restaurant, and there is a ATM available if needed. As for the food, I was very impressed. The taste was really good, and the food tasted clean (not greasy). For a typical american fast food chinese restaurant, this place is one of the better ones

IMO they have some of the best American Chinese takeout food in Buffalo. Always hot, fresh, and flavorful. However, I wish you didn’t have to pay an extra $2/per order for a more authentic (egg, green onion, and bean sprouts) rice. It would be worth it if it was a decent amount of egg and onions.

The food was good, and was a great quantity for the price I paid. Unfortunately, I dined in, and the dining experience left a little to be desired. The inside of the restaurant, particularly in the dining area, looks like it could use some cleaning. The table I sat at was noticeably crooked and the attached bench felt like it might collapse at some point. The trash receptacle had a swinging door that was stuck. I had to give it a light punch to open it and throw away my garbage. If you just go in for take-out, then I would recommend it for their lunch specials.

I’ve lived in a lot of different states, I’ve tried lots of Chinese food, from California to Pennsylvania there is nothing like Kim’s Kitchen! I’ve been coming here since a kid!!! I’m in my 30’s now. Kim’s is hands down THE best!!!

So they told me to my face they sell Dummy chicken and it was not real chicken and I can call the health department. I am never eating here again. I took the chicken back because it was white I said this is not cooked they said yes it is he even showed me the chicken they used not chicken breast. Fried rice was cooked more than the chicken. 14.00 dollars waisted only could eat the rice. And this was the only Chinese food place I would eat at after not eating it for almost 5 years. Good luck on the fake chicken.
