I’ve been here before when it was under Big Chicken Town but our first time coming in under “Kim’s BBQ house” and it was way better than expected! Staff were friendly. Our server Victoria was the best! She was so friendly and bubbly. We felt so lucky to have her as our server as she made the experience enjoyable. She went above and beyond. The owner even came by to greet us and thanked us at the end (not many places do that and it made the experience more personable.) We did the AYCE option B and ordered extra items. The food did not disappoint! It was tasty and portions were huge. Most AYCE places the food quality tend to be cheapen out for cost saving but we were surprised the quality here was top tier and felt like we were getting premium cuts! We will definitely be back and already recommended to our friends to come try. Thank you guys for such the great experience! Kim’s K BBQ is one of the most authentic Korean BBQ places I have been to. The food and service were both excellent! My whole family came on New Year’s Day Jan 1, and the owner personally came to our table to greet us and wish us a Happy New Year, which was very thoughtful and welcoming.
The all-you-can-eat price is around $36 per adult and is well worth it. The pork was the highlight. It was very fresh, tender, and lean, not fatty at all. Some of the best pork I have had at Korean BBQ.
The AYCE includes soup, unlimited refills of kimchi and side dishes, and the owner also kindly gifted our table an extra complimentary soup. The staff were friendly and attentive throughout the meal and came right as you hit the call button. Overall, a great experience. We will definitely come back.

Great place overall. The service was excellent, and the owner checked on our group several times during the meal. I just wish the staff are more truthful and realistic when describing the portions. One lady called the fried chicken, dumplings and bulgogi orders “good for 1-2” when realistically, it’s 3-4. Needless to say, we over-ordered, but happy to take the leftovers home.

My friend and I had the pork belly all you can eat. I have to say the place is very overpriced. 35 dollars per person for only pork belly? I honestly don’t know what I was thinking. Even if you do not take the pork belly all you can eat combo, they only have pork belly and beef rib as a la carte menu. And the beef rib is about 49 dollars per dish. The menu is very limited. There are much better Korean BBQs in the neighborhood. With that said, the waitress was very friendly and helpful. The place was pretty clean in general.

Great service and they were so kind checking on us! The meat portions were great and there was so many pieces of Korean fried chicken. The best dish was the Volcano cheese chicken for sure as it was packed with flavour. I liked how attentive they were and even gave us a steamed egg on the house.

I visited this place because I heard a new AYCE pork belly restaurant opened nearby, but honestly, the meat was quite dry and tough. It was so heavy that I felt like I needed to take digestive medicine afterward. The restaurant is spacious with many tables, but even after asking several times for side dish refills, they never brought them properly. At this point, I’d rather go to another Korean BBQ place nearby and just order regular pork belly.

Let’s start off good, the owner was very nice and came by to say hello but they have a call button and was ignored when we wanted to order drinks. ( could have been because they were training someone) no one came around for about ten to 15 minutes and then after that they wouldn’t stop coming around to check on us. I think no one has designated tables so we would be asked over and over again if everything was good. Which I didn’t think was all that bad but it started to get a little excessive. The people were very nice and it really was all you can eat. (They were very good and attentive at re filling everything as soon as it was out.) The food was good but the side dishes were not my favourite, surprisingly the best part of the whole meal was the broccoli. The meat was great quality for an A.y.c.e and my girlfriend who normally likes pork the best loved the beef short ribs. The grills were very nice and they cleaned them between us having lots of meat. Very nice set up for a grill yourself, The design of the grills made it wonderful to cook on.
