Love their chicken and shrimp fried rice ! Make sure you get it cooked in front of you, you get more food lol. Don’t care for the way they try to crowd customers at 1 cooking table. Can be awkward sitting with other customers when other tables are open.

The restaurant food was very good. Your entire family or guests get there own chef which makes everything in front of you. The chef we had was personable and able to get our attention when needed. The food he prepared was good to eat. It’s rather expensive but Japanese style restaurants usually are.

We used to visit on occasion before Covid but hadn’t been here in a few years. It’s a nice place to take young kids for the chef experience. Not sure if Covid changed things but I used to enjoy when the chef would toss food at you so you could try to catch it in your mouth. We didn’t get any of that treatment and it I didn’t see others tables get it either. It’s a shame because the show is what you are paying for. If you are just interested in good steak and seafood and don’t care about the show, there are better options for the money. Still, I would visit again if I had guests that hadn’t been to a Japanese steakhouse before. The fact that it is 10 minutes from my house is probably another reason I would visit again.

We attended with a wedding party and were very pleased with the food and the atmosphere, and our chef was very entertaining and talented. They were very accomodating for a group as large as ours and with some dietary restrictions.

Enjoy my meal immensely.. The presentation was beautiful. Plenty food on the plate hot and flavorful … Great ice cold beer. But make sure you don’t forget your wallet. This place is pricey. This place is pricey oh did I say this place was pricey? Oh and by the way, depending on the time you arrive parking was super tight. It’s free though lol

Normally I really like the food here but the service is horrible. Last night I tried to dine there and after sitting for 15 minutes without any server greeting us or offering water or letting us know they would be with us in a few minutes, we had to get up and leave. I have come to expect bad service but this is ridiculous. Doubt I’ll ever be back!!!

Great place for teppanyaki and other traditional Japanese fare. I highly suggest you call ahead and reserve a table especially if you’re planning to go there for dinner as they get packed pretty quickly especially on the weekends. A grill-side seating by the teppanyaki is a must for big parties and first time guests.

Had a reservation for 830pm, walk in at 836pm with the host who booked our reservation that told my husband and I that “we don’t have any chicken left so we can’t seat you”. Completely halted us at the entrance. Very unprofessional and lack of hospitality. No courtesy call if we’re late, it wasn’t clear if the kitchen was closed, it wasn’t clear if we had to abide by a grace period. It was just “we can’t seat YOU” It was a poorly mishandled interaction communicated in a condescending way. It was very clear that her intention was to clear house. This was our first visit unfortunately this was our first impression. Wasn’t welcomed back because of the mishap, didn’t offer to rebook us.. nothing. Didn’t catch the young lady’s name, short blonde with a giddy personality. We just smiled kindly and left. My husband and I are executives, coming to catch dinner after a long Monday… I’ve encouraged to always perform in business, because you never know who you meet. Your reputation is everything, #Looks can be deceiving.

Food is still very good, chefs are entertaining and effective, but prices have sky-rocketed since last summer. 40% increase is just unacceptable. I can get the same teppanyaki dinner in Pleasant Hill for $20 less. Makes the drive worth it.
