Owner is super nice but I have a few things. My suggestion would be make food that has the wow factor! Food that will make people want to drive 50 miles to eat. The menu doesn’t do that and the food quality doesn’t either yet. Try to reel in those ppl that drive to Pick City, Riverdale, Hebron, ect.. Put out suggestion cards on tables to get some ideas. Maybe pull up menus from quality restaurants around the state and look at what’s on their menus. Also paying before you eat is super weird along with tipping. Why would I pay for food and tip before I see it on my plate? I will be back eventually, but when my kids simple to cook food is unedible it’s hard to convince them to go back.
