I cannot say enough wonderful things about the Kimberton Inn, the owner (Jeff), and the entire staff. After my husband and I had a hard time finding the right venue, meeting Jeff changed everything. Because we were planning the wedding ourselves, his calm, respectful, and professional demeanor was exactly what we needed to feel at ease.
Jeff’s knowledge of event planning and his help in structuring our timeline was amazing. He is incredibly detail-oriented and was ready to do whatever it took to make our day happen exactly as we envisioned.
On the day of the wedding, the location was absolutely perfect. Our wedding photos were fun, easy, and exciting because of the beautiful surroundings. The cocktail hour was enjoyed by all; it was simple, elegant, and set the perfect tone for the evening.
As for the dinner—we actually ate! I know it’s wild for a bride and groom to actually sit down and eat on their wedding day, but we did it and we loved it.
Every single one of our guests said the food was incredible and many are already planning to go back for more.
Thank you, thank you, thank you to Jeff and the team for everything. If you are looking for a venue that is professional, beautiful, and serves amazing food, look no further than the Kimberton Inn!

This place is so cute! The starter bread was delish. Had the crispy artichoke appetizer and it was to die for. My husband got the sirloin, I got the scallops with saffron risotto — both were stunning dishes. Definitely coming back to try more of the menu.

Celebrated my husband’s birthday here and everything was great! The food, ambience, charm and service was impeccable. My husband had the lobster bisque and lamb chops and loved it, I got the mushroom bisque and cashew crusted chicken and that too was delicious. The blueberry crunch with vanilla ice cream was amazing. Overall it was a very good experience and I think this might be our new favorite place.

We just had our wedding at the Kimberton Inn last Christmas, and we were OVER THE MOON with how amazing everything was. From the moment we found the venue and met with Jason/Jeff, we knew it was the venue for us, and every interaction from there out just reinforced our decision. Our wedding was a dream! Jason/Jeff and the entire staff are complete professionals. They know exactly what they are doing, and bring alllll their years of experience and expertise to the table to truly advise on what’s best for the type of crowd and type of wedding you are hoping to have. Everything from the venue’s impeccable Christmas decorations to the food, cake, music, and flow was 10/10! Our guests cannot stop talking about how magical the day was, and how special that venue is. Truly, THANK YOU, to the Kimberton Inn for making our wedding the best day of our lives. You knocked it out of the park!!

We had our wedding at The Kimberton Inn in October 2025 and we honestly could not have asked for a better experience. The Inn is a beautiful historic building (now operating as a restaurant), and the atmosphere is elegant, cozy, and incredibly romantic, perfect for an intimate wedding.
We chose this venue for the reasonable pricing, the outstanding food, and because Kimberton is where I grew up, so the Inn has always been near and dear to my heart. From the very beginning, the planning process was smooth and stress-free. Jeff, the owner, was fantastic to work with. It was clear he has coordinated many weddings before. He explained everything clearly, laid out our options, and let us make decisions at our own pace.
On the wedding day itself, Jeff truly went above and beyond. Having the owner of the venue essentially act as our day-of coordinator was an enormous help. He ushered guests where they needed to go, lined everyone up for the ceremony, and kept everything running seamlessly. Not a single thing went wrong. Leading up to the wedding, he was always reachable by phone, which gave us so much peace of mind.
The food was absolutely incredible and easily one of the highlights of the day. The wait staff was attentive and professional, everything was cooked perfectly, and every dish tasted amazing. It was genuinely one of the best meals we’ve ever had.
We made a special request to surprise my groom with a tomahawk steak even though it wasn’t on the menu. Jeff specially ordered it for him and the chef spent several hours preparing it. My husband said it was by far not only the best steak he’s ever had, but the best meal he’s ever had. It turned out incredible. My husband absolutely loved it.
Do yourself a favor and use the Kimberton Inn’s in-house baker for your wedding cake!! I personally do not really like cake, or at least I thought I didn’t until I had a bite of our wedding cake. It was the most delicious dessert I’ve ever had and I haven’t been able to stop thinking about it several months later. She used a French buttercream that’s not too sweet, and the entire thing had a wonderful vanilla taste. I would order a cake from the Kimberton Inn just to eat!!
The ceremony space was romantic and private. While it is on the smaller side, we brought our own décor and it turned out beautifully. The venue worked perfectly for our guest count (70).
We absolutely felt The Kimberton Inn was worth every penny, and we would highly recommend it to any couple looking for a historic, intimate wedding venue with exceptional food and hands-on coordination. Our wedding day went absolutely perfectly, and we loved every moment of it.
Thank you so much to Jeff and the entire staff at the Kimberton Inn for making our wedding so special and truly the happiest day of our life.

We went here for our anniversary dinner. The ambiance of this place is what I love about Pennsylvania – 1800’s charm in the 21st Century. The staff is very friendly and professional. The food is great with a nice presentation. The prices are in line with a fine dining establishment. This was our second time back, I’d highly recommend.

Beautiful restaurant. Incredible staff. Amazing cocktails. Crab cakes were fabulous. Loved the bread. Aside from that, one of the worst flank steaks I’ve had in my 35 years of existence on this earth. If it wasn’t for the fact that it was Valentine’s Day, it would have been brought up at dinner. However, I chose to eat it reluctantly for the $40 it cost. For the price I was shocked. Pure rubber. No flavor. The inconsistency of food in the restaurant business is shocking — especially for the prices we are paying these days. Otherwise, had a great night.

I was pleasantly surprised by how amazing the service was. Coming from New York City, I’m rarely impressed by service elsewhere, especially in Pennsylvania, but this place truly exceeded expectations. The service was outstanding, the food was very good, and while the menu could use a few more options, it still delivered. The wine selection was excellent. Our server, Sarah, was incredible, and the hostess and entire staff were extremely friendly and polite. The space is cozy with a very romantic vibe. I was extremely satisfied with everything and would absolutely come back.

Love this place. The food was cooked to perfection. The owner of the place always makes you feel like your are coming into his home and you feel like a guest more than a customer. All the fireplaces are lit and attended too. I believe there are 5 of them. If you are looking for cozy elegance in a historic building, with upscale food and live music, this hits all the marks to perfection.

I went there after a wedding rehearsal for the rehearsal dinner. There was an open space on the right side when you enter that easily could seat more than 80 people. We had around 40 people and it was half full.
We had 5 course dinner that day and the food was excellent. The desert choice was pretty good.
