They want you to come in, not talk to them, and not interrupt them while they are working. You stand there waiting and waiting until your legs start to hurt — I don’t know if this is some kind of torture.
As a suggestion to you: you are not good at dealing with customers, and you are not able to prepare food fast enough. I honestly wish you would close the restaurant and open a yoga studio instead, or something that does not require talking to people and is done slowly.
I am posting this comment after multiple experiences with you — this is not the first time.
Note: I enter around twenty to thirty restaurants a day, and I have never seen anything like you. I swear.
Sushi rice was gummy and sickly sweet. Sashimi tasted old. Tuna and salmon rolls packed with imitation crab and cucumber so that I could barely taste the fish I paid for.
I didn’t ask for spicy mayo and yet it covered everything. What if I was allergic to eggs?
This place is like an imaginative creation of sushi by someone who has never had it. Wish I ordered elsewhere.
Now, fast delivery with DoorDash.I decided order delivery 35 mins with 10 maki rolls. Second time I go to stop by and order directly with them and they open dine in in weekend for hot ramen. I’m very love their tom yum ramen that their order still fresh and high value with every penny I paid. Good job
Tried to ordered from DoorDash many time. Alway work fast and fresh orders. I never have problems with time delivery, One hours at least give the time for them because great food and deal promotion. Yes, no restaurant around here do with BOGO promotion or 20% off. Also, another I tried order with their web never have any problem.
Also, today, I try to good to go order with them. Concluded everything was delicious and high value of money.i will back here.
HOWEVERRRRR!! the service sucks so bad,
they increased my price on Uber Eats after payment so naturally i called with questions but they didn’t answer the first time. I didn’t want to be one of those overbearing customers so i didn’t spam them, but I did call back again 3 more times over 40 minutes. keep in mind they took about 90 minutes to make my order, I didn’t mind the wait that much but there was no communication despite my effort to try. Now I was still trying to get to the bottom of this upcharge on my receipt, i asked my delivery driver to call me when he got there so I could speak to them or ask them to answer their phone. To the best of my knowledge, There was two women up front and they weren’t friendly, they told him they didnt want to talk to me and shooed him out the store. so I came to the conclusion that they knew they were wrong and didn’t want to exercise any friendly customer service. I ended up contacting Uber Eats to sort it out.
Kimberli sushi and Thai cuisine says they deliver with their own employees (which is a lie) after the 90 minute wait, an Uber Eats driver was selected for delivery and my prices were adjusted further, fees increased and THE TIP that I left was counted towards the order total and not as a tip for the driver, it just went towards their restaurant instead of the driver who actually had great customer service and went out his way to try and help. In the end the food was good but not worth the headache. I felt like some of these reviews were exaggerating but in the end they’ll lose alot of customers over basic hospitality. If you fix that and increase the amount of help you have to prepare the orders, people would come here more often.
It’s such a shame to have to post a negative review of a local business, but I’ve just never experienced such horrible service. Receiving the same bad service for years on end, without a single apology is justunacceptable.
