First time being here and it was an experience. I went on a Sunday afternoon and next time I know to avoid a weekend trip. Very packed and waited roughly 20 mins. Not too bad if you’re okay with waiting a bit. I was overwhelmed with the amount of people their was. They have a huge variety of foods. They have their Saigon street food, soup bar, dessert, and regular food station. At least for the street food, soup, and dessert stations had a line. Everything else was very chaotic. At least, they have people serving you as you walked up. Needless to say, service was great from everyone. Our server was super sweet and informative by telling us more about each dish. Overall, it’s a good spot to try out if you’re wanting to try a variety of Viet foods. Not the best but also not the worst. Worth trying to get a better taste overall of Vietnamese cuisine.

The food is about average buffet quality, nothing too crazy for flavors but it’s super fun with a group of people!

The food was pretty good. There are well different varieties of Vietnamese food like noodle soups, fried rice, Dim-sum, Thai tea, sushi, and Vietnamese dessert. Too bad there are no crawfish or crabs on Saturday lunch and Monday lunch.

Extremely busy, lunch time wait was one hour+ for us. I understand the hype, but the selection of dishes on the way we went was kinda mid…There were some winners but also some options I would rather not touch again. Perhaps a visit when better options are out would be worth a second shot.

Love the noodle station the most. I love the egg noodles selections the most. Went there for weekday lunch and love it. It was less than $20 during the weekday lunch. And we went there on weekend again with the prize $29.xx. Comparing to weekday lunch, there are all kinds of seafood dishes and sushi at the station on weekend and grill oysters on weekend night after 5 p.m.. The pictures were taken during weekday lunch.

Funny thought about Kim Son: The buffet is in a canteen style where a dedicated staff member would spoon each pre-defined portion of the dish for you rather than you getting it yourself. There’s also a noodles bar and small plates, so everything ends up looking like how it is in fine dining: Lots of small portions with a couple bites each. With some careful reframing, perhaps this could make for a budget-oriented “tasting menu”.

This is a huge Buffet….they have so many selections. The food is very good. They have a section for street foods. Their service is good. I was almost overwhelmed with choices. I enjoyed the rice cakes, dock, and the steamed fish. The price $15 to $20 is very good for the quality of food. Expect to wait about 20 mins if you go around lunch time.

The food was ok but it’s over priced because there are no expensive dishes. You need to wait an hour to get seated because there are a lot of customers. After seated you have to wait in line at different counters to get the food you want. Finally you found that the time in line you spent more than the time you ate.

Canteen-style buffet. Went on a Wednesday morning and waited about 10min. By noon it was packed full. There was a long line for the deserts. Overall, it was pretty good.

Good buffet food and service. Good selection of Asian cuisine from main entries to Noodle bar, sushi bar and desserts. Atmosphere depends on what time and day you visit. We came here on a Sunday lunch time and it was packed. There was a line going in. On another time, we went here on a weekday dinner and it was more pleasant as it is not crazy crowded. I have 3 littles kids so obviously I will prefer a less crowded day/time. There is also a good parking space on this area, which also varies on a weekend. The location is easy to find from beltway.
