Our favorite spot in Eden Center when it’s time to restock on our favorite Vietnamese snacks and drinks. Fresh spring rolls, pastries, banh mi, sesame balls, Vietnamese coffee, smoothies … They do it all right. Kind, friendly service, too, which goes very well with their newly remodeled spaces!

We ordered the medium pandan coconut birthday cake. It was perfectly delicious, moist and not too sweet. Very reasonably priced for 10 inches, we would definitely come back for more and maybe another flavor next time.

A friend recommended this bakery a few years back. It’s pretty much the only Vietnamese bakery I go to now.
They have a plethora of pastries, sweets, sandwiches, iced drinks and my favourite, the pâté.
Definitely go explore and try a couple things even if you don’t know what it is, more than likely you’ll love it
N.B. go early because all the good stuff sells out fast.
They should add Apple & Google pay options though.

Error Error
Bought a custard bun for $3.50, very reasonably priced unlike other bakeries. Was very soft and buttery, not a lot of custard inside but the quality of the bun made up for it. Will come again.

The hand made cakes here are hidden in the back, but they are crazy good, made to order. Durian your heart out!
The pastries are the best in the area and they have more Pandan than I have seen anywhere else.
They also do smoothies and have a hot bar with Vietnamese sausage, fried banana and a whole menu of Banh Mi.
They didn’t have it on the menu, but they even made my wife an avocado smoothie on request. Two entire avocados blended with a little ice and sweet cream. Crazy good.

This is my first time visiting this store. I was waiting for my wife who was in the line, and the cashier lady yelled at me “what are you waiting for?”. Super duper rude. We brought home some dried bananas from this store. Later we found out that the dried bananas have a lot of sand and dirt mixed inside. The food was dirty and tasted bad. Even though some people recommended this place, my experience was pretty horrible.

I was in the Eden Center area last week and hadn’t been to Kim Phung Bakery in years so I grabbed several baked goods and five banh mi sandwiches. I felt like things had gotten a lot pricier there than I remembered. When I got home I decided to look over my receipt and saw that they charged me 10% sales tax instead of 6% (in VA). They must be doing this to many unsuspecting customers. On top of them overcharging me on sales tax, the bahn mi was not fresh and tasted weird. I will never return.

I should’ve went to the other wide to buy Banh Mi instead of being lazy and came here. For about $7 for the combination banh mi, the meat was not fresh or tasty, the bread wasn’t crunchy, and not enough fillings compared to the actual banh mi shop adjacent to it.
They have other stuffs I haven’t tried, but sound is be coming back because the ladies weren’t necessarily nice.

The best Vietnamese bakery of the region. A lot of grab n go food available. I loved their banh Mi and nem nuong. The smoothies are freshly made to order. We also ordered a birthday cake from this bakery and the cake was delicious
