I’ve been here a few times and all my meals have been great. Today was the exception. After i got my food and ate a few bites, i noticed something was floating in my pho. Well, I am not sure if it was a roach, but that is what it looked like. I brought up the issue with the lady, and she just pointed to me and told me to eat it. That it was good for me. Obviously, I don’t go to restraunts to eat their unsanitary bugs. She apologized for their “new” cook, but to me, it seemed like it was the same lady that has been cooking all the food. Needless to say, i didn’t pay for the pho, only my eggrolls and drink. Check your food for little critters and be prepared for them to tell you to eat it when you bring it up to them.

Amazing! If you are stationed or TDY to Keesler and you ever choose to go to some chain restaurant over this place, you’ve made a grave mistake. It may not be fancy, but as far as I can tell it’s as authentic as it gets. Everything is delicious and fresh. Lunch or dinner are both great options and I’ve never gone away still feeling hungry. #92 and the pork Bahn Mi (poboy) are my favorites.

I‘ve gone here before, the food is good, plus their huge pho bowls. But this time, when me and my mom went there, we sat down and nobody gave us menus or anything. We thought, oh well maybe they’re just a bit busy. Waited a while, literally nobody went to us. I figured that since they were already taking so long just to get us menus that it would take even longer to get our food. So we left and just went to another place across the street. Maybe don’t go here if there’s a lot of people in the restaurant.

My husband and I were craving Vietnamese food for a while now. We decided to go to Kim Long restaurant in Biloxi, Mississippi for authentic Vietnamese Bun Bo hue and egg rolls. My husband had the bun thit nuong , but he didn’t care for the grilled meat. I loved mine because it even came with shrimp paste sauce. Thank you to the service from the kitchen lady to the waitress. Almost empty restaurant which I did not expect, because it used to be packed. I ordered pho, and spring rolls and a sweat tea… I found out why it was empty, and yes all the reviews about being ignored by the server is true … I had a young lady get my order. After she brought tea she came back with the pho and the greenery that goes in it, plopped in table and turned I said I also ordered spring rolls to her back……cuz she didn’t look back at me when I said ma’am…..she said oh yeah…..and went to put the tray up and sat back down at her table to finish her meal……I am not saying your not supposed to eat, but you should make sure ur customers don’t need anything first…the table across from me also needed refills and Togo stuff. I went to the counter where another lady was prepping cilantro. She apologized and got my spring rolls and tea. I told her the other table needs a server. She spoke to the girl in Vietnamese. The server sighed heavy went over to the table picked up cups went and got one bowl to go for the two people that had left overs. The customer then sent her back for three more. When I got done eating I went to the lady behind counter asked for to go things. Went back to table packed food up…..then back to the counter I go to pay……the server came from her table to cash me out…..I paid. As a former server I ALWAYS tip well..but today in my 20 years as living as an adult I didn’t. I cashed out with my card and gave the lady prepping the tip….I don’t know if this is how the place is now, but I have never had t self service in a dine in place nor have I had to here before. What a shame.

Great authentic vietnamese restaurant. Service is friendly and receptive. The food is always fresh and tasty. The soup base is full flavored. I would recommend this for breakfast lunch or dinner. They have plenty if soup choices and standard dishes. Service is usually quick, but you have to ask for refills, its not automatically done. Most Asian soup dishes are drank, so alot of times they don’t ask for refills, so i usually get a soda/tea and a water so there is no problem with getting thirsty.

Stay away from this place. Watery and just very sweet broth for their Pho. Don’t order Hofun stir fried noodle here unless you want deep fried Hofun with gravy toppings. Horrible customer service.
