This is one of the best Chinese restaurants in New Hampshire, no question. As someone who’s savored Chinese cuisine across New England, I was blown away by the exceptional appetizer platter we ordered. Every bite was tender, fresh, and bursting with vibrant flavors, showcasing the kitchen’s incredible skill. We sipped Mai Tais at the bar, each one perfectly balanced and refreshing, adding to the relaxed, cozy atmosphere that made unwinding so easy. I was so impressed I bought a really cool restaurant shirt as a keepsake! The service was outstanding—warm, attentive, and spot-on with recommendations. Beautifully presented platter and an unforgettable experience. Can’t wait to return!

We may have found our new go-to Chinese restaurant. Kim Lai exceeded our expectations – the food quality is excellent, & service is friendly. After reading through reviews, I wasn’t expecting much, but we left happy and full. The dining room is simple and has a bunch of booths with comfy seating. We ordered a selection of appetizers, drinks, and main entrees – all came out hot, and the portions were huge. The fat egg rolls and saucy pork lo mein were the standouts. We’ll be back anytime we are craving Chinese food.

Decent food but not very accommodating for gluten free. Wasn’t very busy but server was not very attentive. She didn’t understand the menu and was difficult to understand so another staff member helped explain the options. Food portions were generous for lunch items we ordered. Prices were reasonable! Bathrooms are clean and my fortune came true…I was hungry after 1hour not exactly what you want when going out for lunch.

Very yummy. Second time here. Crab rangoons are delicious. Chicken wings were huge. House rice was moist and plentiful. The Shrimp with lobster sauce was a lil salty but yummy tender shrimp and the bone in ribs had a great flavor but a weee over cooked. Definitely going back. The service was awesome.

Best soup ever. Honestly this is probably the best American Chinese food I’ve ever had in my whole entire life. Lunch specials are delicious and everything is fresh and hot and you get tons of food and value for your money, plus the restaurant is super clean and the staff are friendly. Just try it. there’s a reason why this restaurant is always packed.

Excellent food, good size portions at a reasonable price. I travel through this area on business and Kim Lai is my favorite places to eat when I’m in town. The beef pad thai is my favorite.

We have come here for many years now. The food is always tasty and hot. The waitresses are attentive and polite. The decorations aren’t that great but the food makes up for it. Great place for take out. Really love their wonton soup and lunch special 17.

My take out food could not be eaten. So bad. Chicken wings were grossly huge! Fried rice was disgusting. It all went right in the trash can. I just paid nearly 30 dollars and it all went in the trash. What a waste of my money.

Totally skimped all our dinner specials. 3 different combo plates and ordered other sides. And totally skimped me on rice and chicken. I always order from this place. And she says that they’ve been doing this for 20
Years which is a lie. Never coming back here again. Disrespectful. Spent over 70 dollars and barely any food.
