Best banh mi in town. Love their fried bananas, matcha latte and Vietnamese coffee. It’s so delicious. My husband and I come here often since the service is so fast. The cashier is always so helpful and nice. Customer service here is spectacular and top notch.

Really delicious food!!! Went with my partner, sister, and mom, and we all loved it! My mom said it reminded her of her home-cooking and the service was fantastic. The pork banh mi was really delicious and well filled. The bun bo hue was really flavorful and well enjoyed. Overall great authentic viet food!

I went with my cousin on a rainy evening and the staff was very nice and welcoming. I used to go to Kim Anh as a kid with my mom, so when I heard they were opening up a bánh mì and boba joint, I had to come and try it! I got the Classic Milk Tea with boba and grass jelly, as well as the bánh mì nem nướng (pork patties). My cousin got the nước mía (sugarcane juice) and the bánh mì đặc biệt (special combination). The drinks were phenomenal, and we particularly enjoyed the milk tea. The bánh mì was pretty good. I like the pickles, but I thought certain parts of the sandwich could have been better, but then again, I think every Vietnamese person has their own preferences. Despite this, the sandwich was still very delicious. If you want to support a small Vietnamese business with authentic cuisine, definitely come check them out, they’re legit!

I’m so addicted to Kim Anh Banh mi and Boba!!! I have to stop by at least 2-3 times a week for their yummy food, drinks and snacks. They have special menu items all the time so it’s always a good surprise for me when I stop in. My top 3 favorite drinks are the Ube coffee, Mangonada and Passion!! My fave Banh mi is the special combination and grilled pork but what I get all the time is their vermicelli combination!! Sooooo good!! The staff are always so sweet, I normally like to order 1st then do a little shopping next door at their grocery store.

Best banh mi in the Charlotte area hands down. I got the Special Combination and Roast Red Pork banh mi which were equally delicious. I also got the special pumpkin milk tea with boba and it was excellent. Very friendly and helpful employees, I was greeted upon entering the shop and was thanked several times. Will be returning in the future!!!!
